This file was originally a .cpk file (one of over 300) on the Sega Saturn game "Mansion Of Hidden Souls".
This CPK file has some curious A/V properties in that the final frame had an unusually long frame duration which is supposed to signal the playback engine to hold that final frame while the final few seconds of audio playback. YouTube does not handle this correctly which gives us clues about YouTube's backend software.
