Dr. Uma Bodas is Doctorate in Management and Koutaliya’s Arthashastra. Currently, she is working as a promoter of Prasad Dnyanpeeth and a chief editor of a well-established and renowned publication –‘Prasad Prakashan’, in Pune. Prasad prakashan is a 75 year old publication. It publishes books and magazine named 'prasad' in marathi language. It publishes authentic spiritual, cultural and Indology based literature only.
The underlying philosophy of the organisation is to revive the interest of the world in ancient Indian art, literature, sciences and languages.
She is dedicated to this noble cause for more than three decades now. To serve the purpose various innovative programs got developed like Pura fashion show, Pura jewellery, exhibition of ancient kitchen, recreation of ancient spices are few examples of it.
She has researched management threads in the same, which are published in her book, ‘Human resource management in as Koutaliya Arthashastra’. It is appreciated by many management experts like Dr. P. C. Shejwalkar, Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai, Dr. Vijay Bhatkar, and Dr. Vidya Hattangadi.
Dr. Vijay Bhatkar arranged a conference on this very topic to propagate her research works.
