This is the first real world test of the ELS turning, threading and taper functions. I wanted to make a ER40 collet chuck mated directly to the spindle taper with as low run-out as possible.
I ended with a decent end result, almost no measurable run-out at the collet taper and about 5-10 microns with collet spring and stock secured.
