Ever found an old image, blurry screenshot, pixelated classroom resource, or low-quality AI-generated image that you wished looked just a little bit better?
In this video, I take a look at Canva Upscale which is a surprisingly powerful AI tool built directly into Canva that allows you to improve the quality and resolution of blurry images in just a few clicks.
We test the tool using a very low-quality image and compare the original with the AI-enhanced version so you can see exactly what Canva’s image upscaling can and cannot do. While this is not quite the “enhance!” technology from detective shows, modern AI tools are getting remarkably good at improving blurry and pixelated visuals.
This can be especially useful for teachers, content creators, and designers working with:
• Old classroom resources
• Low-quality screenshots
• AI-generated visuals
• Small images that need enlarging
• Presentation graphics
• Social media visuals
• Historical or scanned images
I also walk through exactly where to find the Canva Upscale tool, how to upload your images, and how Canva processes the AI enhancement automatically.
