Modern Elm is a 14,985-square-foot custom luxury residence in Utah. A long-standing dream of its Cookie entrepreneur owner, it was conceived as a self-contained “resort package”. Spread across two adjacent buildings, Its unique amenities include a pickleball court, a state-of-the-art movie theatre, a folding outdoor TV, that mechanically disappears into the pool deck and specialist wellness features housed in a stunning glass house.

Splinterworks were commissioned to design a pool slide to complement the resort-style Cabo pool and provide a sculptural focal point for entertaining and relaxation.
