Lyrics:
Ripped collar vintage shirt
Vitalogy and Dirt
Never looked at the insert
Not especially covert
Workwear and fisheye lens
Bleached hair and hash oil pens
Can’t tell if they’re my friends
What’s means and what is ends
So I’ll smile and shake the hand
I’m not a stupid man
But if you’re on the outside looking in
Stop looking
That metal neck guitar
That cost more than my car
She’s dancing with the stars
Playing pop punk in a bar
Workwear and fisheye lens
Bleached hair and hash oil pens
Can’t tell if they’re my friends
What’s means and what is ends
So I’ll smile and shake the hand
I’m not a stupid man
But if you’re the outside looking in
Stop looking

Lyrics:
Aimless as I pen these few words, directionless and derelict,
it reads like a ‘goodbye’ without sentiment; unpoetic, terse, abrupt.
Artistic liberties taken in the portrayal of one’s contempt,
having since burned dark in the shadow of a stage’s fallen curtain.
My viciousness is rendered mute, stripped and displayed in its nude shame,
and I can bear that weight no longer.
I detract, I relent, I sink into melancholy in search of shelter from encumbering fatigue,
in hunt of rest to forsake all else with sleep a cicada would envy.
How long will all the screams from choruses arranged echo until they all forget?
The intent of my words shed and cast out, an exoskeletal canvas left for you in my absence.
No need greater than a seventeen year coma.
How long will all these screams from choruses arranged echo until they all forget?
Sleep like a cicada.

Lyrics:
Go away
I’ve been locked away in my fortress
Making plans that your eyes can’t see
I believe that my destiny is in your words
I don’t know what I’ve been told
I’ll take a step back, look at all my work
And I know I’m gonna hurt myself
I hear you calling my name
Go away
I’ve been locked away in my fortress
Making plans that your eye can’t see
I believe that my destiny is in your words
I’m obsessed with taking pictures of your silhouette
I’m living in the shadow of your wandering eye
No respect for the the ghosts that live in second hand smoke
Take my hand cause I’m losing control
I hear you calling my name
To which i have no reply
It’s so much easier living in my head
I hear you calling my name
Let’s keep this a secret
Don’t wanna fight this feeling
I hear you calling my name

With over 60 talented artists from hip hop to punk to metal and indie pop, this festival was like a never-ending playlist of awesome music. But it wasn't just about the music – Landyachtz and Schlaudie helped bring the party to new heights with an epic skate ramp setup that kept the good times rolling all day long. Plus, with Cutty Sark and Van Gogh Vodka in the mix, the drinks were flowing (because let's face it, music and booze go together like peanut butter and jelly).
In this video, we're bringing you all the highlights from the festival, so you can get a taste of the excitement and fun that went down. So, sit back, crack open a Topo Chico, and get ready to relive the best moments from Smartpunk House!
LYRICS
I’ve been having a dream that I cannot forget
A moment that I can’t regret because it hasn’t happened yet
Circumstances are out of my hands
Got to love you as long as I still can
Got to appreciate the time we have and just forget the rest
Come lay and play with me honest and only
You’re killing me slowly all the time
Don’t chase, just wait with me happy and holy
You’re killing me slowly and I don’t mind
The feeling just sustains
You’re flawless to the name
But you’re losing balance
It’s where I find my peace
Whenever you’re with me
It’s all but certain, please
That silence strays from structure
That feeling fades to calm the storm
Come lay and play with me honest and only
You’re killing me slowly all the time
Don’t chase, just wait with me happy and holy
You’re killing me slowly and I don’t mind
Our lives are poetry but read between the lines and you might find
The only difference is the ways we learn to lie
We’re somewhere in-between madness and sanity
The love I dare to dream makes sense to me
That silence strays from structure
That feeling fades to calm the storm (I still want more)
Come lay and play with me honest and only
You’re killing me slowly all the time
Don’t chase, just wait with me happy and holy
You’re killing me slowly and I don’t mind
Come lay me down, come lay me down

Lyrics:
I accept apologies ahead of time
I've been down on my knees
Waiting for the sun to kiss my face but it's not time
I'll inquire for a while then get right back
On the elephant
Are you even listening?
Except you would love to take me down that
Long dark road
All the hope you ever had is distant
I know you'd rather die than let them win
But you will get through this
I'll make you do it
Too many roads to count
I don't even know which one
I wouldn't say I'm pessimistic
But I'm praying that I make it home
Let 'em go, let it go, let me go again.

Lyrics:
I don’t feel like myself
A songbird on the shelf
I fight to find the words to say
But no one listens anyway
I think I probably need help
Cause I'm too close to hell
I feel like I’m trapped in a cage
Someone wake me from this dream
I’ll never fly with broken wings
I thought I knew what I loved
Who I wanted to be
But the higher I fly
It gets harder to breathe
Now I've given my life
And I’m giving up hope
All I want is the strength
To come home, to come home
I’ll put my heart on my sleeve
Until I have nothing left
Except anger, aggression
Resentment and stress
Someone wake me from this dream
I’ll never fly with broken wings
I thought I knew what I loved
Who I wanted to be
But the higher I fly
It gets harder to breathe
Now I've given my life
And I’m giving up hope
All I want is the strength
To come home, to come home
And the light is shining down on me, but my heart is heavy
I feel the wind between the trees, but I’m not ready
To face the fears of god’s and king’s, all born to die
But this grave of dreams was never meant to fly
I thought I knew what I loved
Who I wanted to be
And the higher I fly
It gets harder to breathe
Now I’ve given my life
And I'm giving up hope,
All I want is the strength
To come home, to come home

Lyrics:
My head is killing me
I can’t think
I need some sleep
But dreams feel so real to me
I close my eyes and beg for peace
For peace
No one hears me
So tell me this is how I’m supposed to feel
'Cause nothing here is real
I hate you, I hate you, I hate that
You’re the air I breathe
I made you, I made you, I made up
The “cure” that I need
The tide is high
The water's cold
I’ll go to crowded rooms
To feel alone
And I scream
For a change
I’m wasting life
Running in place
No one hears me
So tell me this is how I’m supposed to feel
'Cause nothing here is real
I hate you, I hate you, I hate that
You’re the air I breathe
I made you, I made you, I made up
The “cure” that I need
This oxygen
Is too thick to breathe
My mind is worn
And I’m on my knees
'Cause living life on repeat
Is killing me
It’s killing me
Yeah
I Hate You
I Hate You
I Hate You
I Hate You
I hate you’re the air that I breathe
I made you, I made you, I made up
The “cure” that I need
This oxygen
Is too thick to breathe
My mind is worn
And I’m on my knees
'Cause living life on repeat
Is killing me
It’s killing me

You don't know how much I need you
While you're around I don't feel blue
And when we kiss I know that you need me too
I can't believe I found a love that's so pure and true
But it all was bullshit
It was a goddamn joke
And when I think of you Linda
I hope you fucking choke
I hope you're glad with what you've done to me
I lay in bed all day long feeling melancholy
You left me here all alone, tears running constantly
Oh somebody kill me please
Somebody kill me please
I'm on my knees
Pretty, pretty please kill me
I want to die
Put a bullet in my head

Lyrics:
I’m standing in the way
I can’t stand it anymore
Time to walk away
Hit the lights, and lock the door
You’re dead to me
I’m dead to you
Gave you everything
There’s nothing left to lose
Take my life
Because there’s nothing there
All these pointless fights
Always go nowhere
But they get to me
And they get to you
It’s time for me to leave
(Strike a match, and light the fuse)
Burning down all the walls around you
"Cause of all that you’ve put me through
Come and gone are the days that I would
Die for you
Don’t waste your breath, don’t waste today,
All the tears and years of pain
I’d rather die than trust in you
So strike the match, and light the fuse
Burning down all the walls around you
'Cause of all that you’ve put me through
Say goodbye to the days that I would
Die for you
And It burns
It all burns
You hate yourself
and I cannot help
But we’ve learned
Yeah, we’ve learned
Take your final breath
Now there's nothing left
You hang on every fucking word
Squirming like maggots in the dirt
Feeding on every open wound
You bleed me like a parasite
Parasite
Burns
It all burns
We’ve learned
Yeah we’ve learned
Burning down all the walls around you
'Cause of all that you’ve put me through
Say goodbye to the days that I would
Die for you
And It burns
It all burns
You hate yourself
And I cannot help
But we’ve learned
Yeah, we’ve learned
Take your final breath
Now there's nothing left

Lyrics:
Don’t be alarmed honey
It’s not a secret
You’re out here pining over people
You would have loved to be with
You know you hate to see it
Getting ghosted all the time
And the only thing I’m wanting is to make you mine (baby we’ll be fine)
Push start momma, follow the leader
And check coordinates and protocols
And read all the meters,
Our life is like in the theaters
With missed connections all the time
And the only thing that I’m feeling is left behind
‘Cause it’s loud in here
But it’s loud and clear
Don’t be alarmed honey
Everyone knows you don’t mean harm honey
But I really need ya here
Don’t act surprised baby
You know you got it
And now it’s sitting at your doorway weather or not you want it
And now you’ve gone and done it
Made your issues out of mine
And the only thing your losing is your fucking mind
Push start momma, get up and going
I called your zodiac and favorite snack without even knowing
So now my feelings are showing
I’m falling more and more behind
And I really only wanna do this one more time
Push start
We can follow our hearts
And we can hold out our arms
And feel our way through the dark
I had a map to the treasure
Until I ripped it apart
Just to find my way home
‘Cause it was your loss
When the coin got tossed
I relinquished control
And said you were the boss
And I ignored all my feelings
And you ignored what It cost
And I found my way
And it’s clear as day

Lyrics:
You tellin’ me you’re gonna make me wait
That’s just fine ‘cause I don’t mind to waste another day
There’s not a lot goin’ on here
Baby, that’s the truth
So here’s me tellin’ you, you gotta waste my time
Out of step, steeped with regret from events on the line
Stand right in front of me
Baby, tell me the truth
They stand side by side
Rotting in single file lines
I know right now, right now you feel fine
But just give it a little time
It’s like they meet my eyes
Is this what you’ve been searching for?
Something that ain’t gonna happen, man, let me tell you the truth
They stand side by side
Rotting in single file lines
I know right now, right now you feel fine
But just give it a little time

Lyrics:
I remember the places I used to hide
You’ve been introduced to the memories of my younger mind
I remember escape routes I used to try
You’ve been running over habits from my younger life
You said it, yeah, you said it.
I let you, yeah, I let you
See through the window; swim where they don’t know
No one knows.
You saw the future through bitter eyes
Still unraveling from the stages of your youthful pride
You said it, yeah, you said it
You let me, yeah, you let me
See through the window, swim where they don’t know
Yeah no one knows
Run your fingers through my hair, make a fool of all these fears
You said it, yeah, you said it
I let you, yeah, I let you
See through the window; swim where they don’t know
No one knows
You said it, yeah, you said it
Through the window

Lyrics:
Prosthetic fingertips for human hands
Help carve the wood into one of three shapes
Each kill is set in frame the same way
Streetlights all tethered to the same clock
My memory’s color cordoned off
They let me see the body, but still diffused the face
The orange glow an anesthetic haze
Serif seraphim
There’s thorns around red text again
Mother may I, Mother may I
Just try to forget?
Tongue to the wound
Foil to the canvas
Metal taste, dressing damage
Plead, “Chase after me, Trophy Hunter!”
The illuminated manuscript of current day
White tee shirt, phone-photo-printed face
Each kill is set in frame the same way
That man with the stable of anemic steeds
Says he collects, but ends up taking everything
A faith informed by entropy that won’t shake
He fades into the glow of orange again
More ego contaminates
Wax fingerprints melting off of the candlestick
The midnight oil burns
Gross obsession with symmetry
Grading pounds of flesh on a curve, not objectively
Gross obsession with symmetry
A savior will judge but a captor can pity me

Lyrics:
You think I’d be bitter towards the water for all the times I almost drowned
But the measure of a strong swimmer is how long they can stay down
No beauty in being crushed beneath, but somehow still so tempting
Precious metals pockmarked along my teeth will long outlive my memory
It’s only sacred to me
I’m an amethyst reflecting the same story folding inwards
You don’t see yourself inside me, cursed to not display in mirrors
I dream to be the thorn snapped off inside the lion’s paw
A legacy of ego death, then dying for nothing at all
It’s only sacred to me ‘cause I don’t understand it
I see the bottom of everything, wax wings remade ceramic
Uncertain trust, readdressed with iron lungs
Uncertain trust, circle around again and around again
Live in the shadow, but made in the image
Give up your only father it’s that inverse religious
Slow deathwish, sit on your hands ‘till they’re broke
A censer’d disciple, stuck breathing in the smoke
But still an unaccounted for gun from the first act
Two lovers with no plan, one cash-poor, one cash-strapped
No circle unbroken, turn my head Pollock with no frame
No borders, no walls, no power passed through a last name
Nothing is sacred to me
An uncanny resemblance, these crooked teeth
Staring into the sun, keep repeating,
“I’ve seen You before, I just can’t remember what You look like”
Anymore

Lyrics:
I can read between the broken lines of communiqué
And discern a malignant growth of dissent
A guarded intention decoded and translated
No longer spoken in soft confidence at the edge of the room
Negotiating the layman’s terms and laying bare hostility within
Your language of violence, I speak it
And I speak it quite well
I can read you like lines of coding
I can read you like poetry
Like a diagram of a coward
I can read you
I speak your language
I can read you

Lyrics:
I just want to feel alive
For the first time in my life
I wanna see you in the limelight, girl
I want you with me all the time
‘Cause if we get sober
We’ll never get old until we die
And I should’ve told you
I feel like I’ve known you my whole life
Where’s that sense of adventure?
That I had in all my younger years
Mid October, the stereo screaming
One hand on your lap
One hand on the feeling
But as I get older
The chip on my shoulder is hard to hide
And as I get older
The child within me starts to die
And if you asked me to stay
I’d be leading with this:
You’re on a very long list of the things that I miss
So won’t you hold me like you did that night
Well maybe I know otherwise
Where’s that sense of danger?
That I felt when we were just two kids
In a bedroom, both skipping school
And you were stealing your Mom’s pills
We would just lay there and stare at each other every night
Well that was the moment that I knew what love was
Then watched it die
And if you asked me to stay
I’d be leading with this:
You’re on a very long list of the things that I miss
So won’t you hold me like you did that night
And if you want to play along
I’ll go in for the kiss
You’ve got a love like a bullet and I’m taking the hit
A voice says: “this won’t last more than tonight”
Well maybe I know otherwise
Maybe I know otherwise
I’m begging you to stay the night
‘Cause I can be the suitor type
So over and over again
This is the soundtrack to my mistakes
This is the soundtrack of all my pain

Lyrics:
It’s hopeless, were so fucked
Wish I could put a signal out so a UFO could pick me up
We just dig a deeper rut
Wanna get up high and watch everything come down from above
What a beautiful day in the USA
I wonder what the POTUS gonna say next
Or how many little girls that he’s undressed
And the sun is out everyone is going about their day while
A cop’s choking out a black man, and no one cared to try and stop him
This ignorant and apathetic ship has run aground
When did common sense get complicated
I don’t wanna rehash cuz i said fuck you a few years back, but
You wear a fat grin on your faces when you put the little kids in their cages
Try to drown it out with a little bit of whiskey to my mouth, but
There’s never any use in pretending
The nightmare is never ending
This ignorant and apathetic ship has run aground
When did common sense get complicated
Open the door then slam it shut
To anyone who’s sick and tired of the system we fucked up

Lyrics:
I yearn for the craft of your most cherished artists
To give your memory the beauty of Camus
The imagery of Ito
The voice of Vonnegut
But a simpleton’s tongue is all that I have
I can only speak of your gentleness
Not fragile, but infinite
Swearing to let it flourish
That luster the world guarded selfishly
Remove the pins placed into both your wings
Open the jar and set you free
An oath unbroken to fill their ears
With the chorus your spirit composed
Your gift of my survival given purpose
Your light is not extinguished
But is instead like fireflies at dawn
That will return again when starless skies
Are their bleakest for those upon their knees
If I can’t follow after wherever you must go
Then let your hope spread like untamed fire
So it may consume me
Let me find hope and let it consume me
Remove the pins placed into both your wings
open the jar and set you free
Bound no longer to your wounds
Let hope consume me

Lyrics:
Every second passing seems to blurry up the moment
I’d reassess the options but I’m frozen
“So are you ready to leave?”
“Where is it you wanna go?”
“The fabric frayed at the seams….
What they don’t want you to know…”
Don’t wait up, cause If the summer starts to crawl
It’s time to rearrange
You gotta find a way to break the same old way
I think it’s something that you know
It’s time to rearrange
You gotta find a way to break the same old
There’s a siren waiting to go off at any moment
Second guessing my habits here
In these songs for too long
“I think I’m ready to leave”
“Why do you have to go?”
“The story’s not what it seems
I think you already know”
Don’t wait up, cause If the summer starts to crawl
It’s time to rearrange
You gotta find a way to break the same old way
I think it’s something that you know
It’s time to rearrange
You gotta find a way to break the same old stillframe moment
Do you still notice?
Don’t wait up, cause If the summer starts to crawl
It’s time to rearrange
You gotta find a way to break the same old way
I think it’s something that you know
It’s time to rearrange
You gotta find a way to break the same old
Find a way to break the same old
Find a way through

Lyrics:
I'm in a leaking submarine, engine running out of gasoline
Trying my best to patch the holes
And when I think I'm done there’s always more
Oh boy, another work day gone
I can’t think straight and I can’t write songs
Telling myself that the future’s bright
Maybe I could get some sleep at night
The photographs on the fridge and the liquor, they'll do for now
Wanna scream, shout, did I sit out the games I should have played?
Running out the clock, walking round the block
At the rock bottom looking up top
It's not right having an existential crisis every day
I wanna have a plan
To carry round with me in my back pocket but there’s holes in my jeans
God damn what's wrong with me, by now mom and dad had a PHD
Never saw what they wanted to see, hoping that they’re still proud of me
Never been on the same route, keep it straight don’t spin out
Lost a year’s worth of time, maybe now the stars align
I'll sniff it out, I'll come around
I'll make it out one of these days
All of the nights spent in the fight
Don’t want the light to fade
I'll sniff it out, I'll come around
I'll make it out one of these days
I’ll breathe it in, I'll let it sink
Eventually I'll...
(Having an existential crisis every day)
In my back pocket, but there’s holes in my jeans

Go ahead and sink your teeth in
You've got a taste for it now
But the fact that remains is that you need this more than I need you
I'm letting go
Don't follow me back home
If I had known it would come to this
I would have never let you underneath my skin
Run away and return
Make up your mind
Feel your blood pulse back into your system
And find way to live again with someone else
I had tried to carry us both, but my knees buckled
Now it's you dragging me through the dirt
I can't sleep in the vice you've placed me in
My bones are breaking under the pressure
I can see my ghost staring back at me, waiting for release
Pull the plug on this disaster
You put me on your life support
And hid behind the sheet
There's an afterlife waiting for me
But it's not the kind you think
So let this die

Lyrics:
“Love conquers none,” cries an erratic inner monologue.
I exist in the glare of red light refraction,
Languishing amid the debris and viscera,
A rhythm absent in the machine maintaining this procedure.
Emerging from the cocoon of wounds and wreckage,
Carried on the wings of glass and flesh mosaic.
The closing of my eyes erases no guilt or the crushing weight
Of cruelty’s sap now touching veins of the life I naively thought guarded.
Every blessing sought, singed and lost in the glow of what survives.
In the absence of trauma, I am uncertain.
And in its presence, merely a witness.
In trauma’s presence, merely a witness.

Lyrics:
I felt how fast her body went cold
I watched her eyes they closed and rolled
It’s way worse than I had been told
And now I know
Titanium constructed knees
Survived a car crash and ran free
Her brain it got a malady
We’d wait and see
And in the end, she wasn’t acting like herself
It was time to wish her well
I picked her up put her inside
She perked up for that final car ride
Dark sunglasses to try and hide
And then she died
And in the end, she wasn’t acting like herself
It was time to wish her well
I felt how fast her body went cold
I watched her eyes they closed and rolled
It’s way worse than I had been told
And now I know

Object in human form
A fire to keep warm
But much to my surprise
As morning burns my eyes
I wake up in a sweat
The blaze is steady yet
I’m a daylily gardener
Again I fail to heed the night
The costume of respect
Lies heavy on the neck
The garden’s evergreen
No climate too extreme
And much to my surprise
Sure as the sun did rise
I draft my brief regrets
Lest I sound saccharine
I’m a daylily gardener
Again I fail to heed the night
I’m a daylily gardener
Zero wrongs don’t make it right

Lyrics:
Lifesaver says Satan won’t laugh
A savior would saber the raft
Running out on the child and spouse
Gun in mouth
It’s only gonna damage it
Trying to repair it
It’s only gonna damage it
Adorno had faith in his class
So formal, they wasted his ass
Running out on the child and spouse
Gun in mouth
It’s only gonna damage it
Trying to repair it
It’s only gonna damage it
Lie low, words don’t tell the truth for very long

Lyrics:
Focused on deceit
Watch those fearful notions start to creep
Loyalty is cheap
Bought by those whose hatred runs so deep
Just a total brainwash like they’re in a cult
And I’m so scared of what will be the end result
Second civil war
Not sure what they think they’re fighting for
We’re all fucking poor
We should be the ones storming their doors
Just a total brainwash like they’re in a cult
And I’m so scared of what will be the end result
Tell you you’ve got a chance then they kill all your dreams
It’s like we’re living in some fucked up Ponzi scheme
Bail out the banks
Think they’ll do the same
Try to join their ranks but it’s a shame
You’re just fodder for
Their foreign wars
And they’ll slap your hand if you ask for more

Lyrics:
My whole life I’ve been
Picking up the pieces
And trying to force them all together
And you figured after all these years
I’d know better
But I medicate and fixate on
The things that I can’t change
And try my best not to pull you under
And I only have myself to blame
A better year isn’t much to ask
When I know my chances
And you’re scared
That the mess we made won’t come together
I feel your disappointment
Every time I lose my temper
We’ve got the whole day with nowhere to be
But I’ll fuck it all up self-deprecating
You say there’s nothing wrong but please
There’s a black could looming over me
You asked me why do I do this?
And you’re right I’m out of excuses
I’m not worthy of the air you breathe
But I’m inconsiderate, I need you around me
I’m not worthy of the air you breathe
So we’re suffocating
I can feel your disappointment
And it’s more than I can bare
All I do is pull you under
When you’re coming up for air
Lie to me and tell me you’re okay

Lyrics:
Too many names, too many times
The same old case, sub out specifics
You’d have to fake to claim it’s right
You’d have to have a heart to listen
So what is worth your time?
Can’t stand still and move forward
And who the fuck’s worth your time?
Can’t stand still and move forward over
Personalize
Get yourself re-sensitized
To that which you’d never fucking abide by
Open your eyes
My feet get stuck in memoriam
It’s way too much
To act like your own life’s
More valuable
Too many names, too many times
The same old case, sub out specifics
You’d be to fake to claim it’s right
You’d have to have a heart to listen
So who is worth your time?
Can’t stand still, you move backwards
And what the fuck’s worth your time?
You stand still and move backwards after
All that’s caught on film
There’s still uncertainty
To all that lack a reel
You’re still holding my feet
In memoriam
It’s way too much
To act like your own life’s
More valuable
You can not
Claim to leave it to faith
Just to trust
Someone stuck on their knees
You’re just stuck
You can not stand up straight
You’re just stuck
You can not change your ways
You’re just stuck backwards
You can not stand up straight
You’re just stuck backwards
You can not stand up straight
Claiming to leave it to fate

Lyrics:
There’s dirty water, coming out of the tap
It’s so corrosive, but they hid away the facts
Their brains are damaged, bodies are all at risk
The lead exposure, it’s poisoning all the kids
And it’s so sad that we still can’t give them all fresh clean water
It’s gone on way too fucking long
The foul taste in my mouth just seems to get stronger and stronger
We’ve done the whole damn city wrong
A thousand cities, with stories just like in Flint
Elected leaders, all failing constituents
And it’s so sad that we still can’t give them all fresh clean water
It’s gone on way too fucking long
The foul taste in my mouth just seems to get stronger and stronger
We’ve done the whole damn city wrong
We’ve done the whole damn country wrong

Lyrics:
I’ll break into your bathroom cabinet
Swallow anything that I can find in it
And wash it down with the bleach that I found
Underneath your kitchen sink
I’ve been low so I’m sleeping on the ground
So not to wake you from the sound
Of my legs that shake beneath the sheets
With your patience falling out of reach
How long can we keep this up
When everything I have to give is never enough
What if it’s never enough?
I know we’re gonna see days
When I feel like this
And there are gonna be days
When I want to give into it
When I want to...
Break into your bathroom cabinet
Swallow anything that I can find in it
And wash it down with the bleach that I found
Underneath your kitchen sink
Because I’m so sick of hating myself
So sick of blaming it on everyone else
So why aren’t you over this already?
How long can we live like this?
Watching the colors fade away
A life of blue and grey
And how long can we keep this up
When everything I have to give is never enough
It was never enough
Too many days when I feel too much
To many days when I just can’t feel enough
And you can’t help but getting over
Hearing that I’m giving up

Lyrics:
Leaves are green, but I'm still feeling blue
The sun is out, I just want to see the moon
Sleeping all day now
Looking for a way out
I wonder what my life could have been
If I could go and do it all again
I get up then I fall down
Looking for a way out
Head is spinnin' round
Gotta settle down
All I think about Is everybody else now
And it's frightening
Petrifying
I'm just trying to keep it out
Oh my my, the world is comin' down
I'm suspended
But I just wanna fuck around
With my best friends
Everything is disappearing in the blur
But we'll claw our way up out of that gutter
Hit the reset I cant get stuck in this ordinary life
The future's here, it's knocking at my door
I locked it shut, I just need a little more
Time to curb my bad luck
It's got me real wound up
But there's no way you're gonna change me man
'Cause I'm ashamed of my country and
I'm sad and I got a bad attitude
But that ain't shit compared to you
Sick of all the shit
Something's gotta give
It's always gain an inch
Lose a mile
But I don't wanna quit
It's got me feeling alive

Lyrics:
They kneel on their necks
Won’t kneel for a pledge
You seal up your lips
And choke when you’re asked
What if it was you?
What if it was me?
You know it couldn’t be you
But now what does that mean?
Speak for yourself
Try to think for yourself
With no party
Head in the sand
How do you live?
So ignorant
Heart in their hands
Tighten their grip
So ignorant
Murdering innocent
Furthering blue privilege
Back up
Or you might be next
Fuck off
With the way they’ve been
Murdering innocent
Furthering privilege
Fuck
I don’t see the silver lining
Gun drawn violence
Fake kneeling, fake smiling for who?
Fear their sirens
So ignorant
What if it was you?
What if it was me?
It couldn’t be you
But what does that mean?
Just try to speak for yourself
Think for yourself
There’s no party
Trust no party
Defund police

Lyrics:
I’m sorry every song that I write about you
Is really about me
You’re something special
Something real
What they call a good catch
Something to write home about
My folks would be real impressed
And I can’t for the life of me
Figure out
What on earth about me would keep you around
I want to follow your lead
And be selfless in deed
I want to meet all your needs
But I’m fucking useless
I am all bad taste
And shitty takes
I am the worst parts of you
You hope that nobody sees
I am a thorn in your side
Hoping to catch a free ride
And so it’s on the record
I think you could do better
I want to follow your lead
And be selfless in deed
I want to meet all your needs
But I’m fucking clueless

Lyrics:
I don’t want to wait until the sun goes down
To number stars we know we can’t count
I just want to stay labeling scars
We know will never fade
Fifteen years of the same routine
And I’ll admit I can’t admit what’s best for me
I put in all my time and all my energy
To prove myself to everyone but me
I’m jumping head first
Into what I can’t define
I’m breaking off pieces of that tangent line
It’s not that I'm that naïve,
I still want to believe
It’s not that I'm that naïve,
I know it’s bigger than me
I don’t want to wait until the sun goes down
To number stars we know we can’t count
I just want to stay labeling scars
We know will never fade
And all you want to do is
Overreact to the price of your casket
Or test drive a car even though you can’t have it
I don’t want to crave
Anything I can’t take into a grave
For me it’s enough to keep me looking up
But I don’t expect you to understand
How a struggle to survive
Can help me feel alive
It’s something that you chase
But you can’t find
Fight and claw to scratch the surface
Always asking, "Is it worth it?"
Won’t bring you peace of mind

Lyrics:
You told me to hold close
When I wanted to let go
You said think of everywhere you could be right now
I said I’d rather be anywhere else
I’d rather be anywhere else
Feels like I’m caught in between
Being nothing and novelty
You said look at all the stars you could see right now
I said I feel like they’re burning out
Losing my grip and I’m tripping over myself
Slipping away and I feel like becoming someone else
Because of you
Because of you
I’m getting pretty sick of all this petty shit
I think I’m fucking over this over this
I think I’m fucking over this over this
Because of you
Because of you
I’d rather be anywhere else
I’d rather be anywhere else
It’s safe to say that
it’s like running from a heart attack
You said you could find a way to get through this spell oh no
I said why bother, it’s already hell
I’m getting pretty sick of all this petty shit
I think I’m fucking over this over this
I think I’m fucking over this over this
Because of you
Because of you
I’d rather be anywhere else
I’d rather be anywhere else
Losing my grip and I’m tripping over myself
Slipping away and I feel like becoming someone else
Because of you
Because of you
I’m getting pretty sick of all this
I’m getting pretty sick of all this petty shit

LYRICS
I wanted to ask you
What you really thought that night
You wouldn’t respond to me
I didn’t want to start this fight
But it was all your fault
Because you coerced me
You never really saw the truth
All you could see
Or hear
Or believe
Was exactly what you wanted to
But that’s not how this works
I don’t bend, I break, and it always hurts
But right now
You could change right now, right now
You don’t have to be an asshole
Like that anymore
I’m tired and my throats sore
But I still find the time to press rewind
And show everyone what you’re like on the inside
So shallow but in too deep
And with the way you are
I bet it’s hard to sleep
But right now
You’ve got to change right now, right now
I wanted to ask you
If everything was still alright
Could you really lie to yourself?
Does it come easier with time?
Well I already know
And I’ll reduce you to a song
And I bet you’ll sing along
‘cause that’s not where it ends
‘cause you still want to be friends
But you don’t have to be an asshole
Like that, anymore
I’m tired and my throats sore
But I still find the time to press rewind
And show everyone what you’re like on the inside
So shallow but in too deep
And with the way you are
I bet it’s hard to sleep
But right now
You’ve got to change right now, right now
Or you’ll end up alone
And I want to see you like that (all alone)
I want to see you like that (all alone)
But that’s not how this works
I don’t bend, I break, and it always hurts
But right now
You could change right now, right now
And you don’t have to be an asshole
Like that anymore
I’m tired and my throats sore
But I still find the time
To make sure that everyone knows what you’re like on the inside
So shallow but in too deep
And with the way you are
I bet it’s hard to sleep
But right now
You’ve got to change right now
Or you’ll end up alone

LYRICS
The more I doubt
The less I care about
A higher power
Or my final hour
Pitch black sanctuary
Won’t bother me
‘Cuz we are alone today
We are alone every day
No future anyway
We die alone and that’s okay
The afterlife is fuckin’ way too bright
I wanna die and never see the light
Group think blind loyalty
No sense to me
‘Cuz we are alone today
We are alone every day
No future anyway
We die alone and that’s okay

Lyrics:
Tried to find hope in happiness
But at some point I lost my plans
Think I faded in this process
And the reaper is my only friend
Tryna find my way home
Sitting pretty on my tombstone, smile wide
Got close with the graveyard
Trying to find where to start, cause I’m casket-sized
Can’t seem to change things
Wearing white to my funeral
I’ll probably die alone
So bitter and I’m staying cold
Wearing all white Gucci in this chapel
Knowing I can’t change things
Flex that I’m stronger than I really am
But I can’t, change me
Devil knows I don’t keep my friends
Heaven says I should have regrets
Do you think they’d care if I went?
'Cause at this point, I feel like I’m spent
Ain’t no other way to change it now
This can’t be everything I am
This ain’t gonna be the end
So tell me I did alright?
Fill the void I’ll never be
Runnin’ from the hillside your words hanging over me
It’s easy to see it
I only need to believe it
Cause if I try to change the past
I’ll I hear is dial tones
I want everything to last but it’s out of my control
I can only do me and I’ll put that on God
I can’t be what I’m not

LYRICS
This song will become the anthem of your underground
You're two floors down getting high in the back room.
If I flooded out your house,
Do you think you'd make it out?
Or would you burn up before the water filled your lungs?
And at your funeral,
I will sing the requiem
This song will become the anthem of your underground
You're two floors down getting high in the back room.
If I flooded out your house, do you think you'd make it out?
Or would you burn up before the water fills your lungs?
And at your funeral,
I will sing the requiem
I'd offer you my hand
It would hurt too much to watch you die
And you can bet when we mourn the death of you that night (of you that night)
They'll lay me on the dinner table
I will be the pig
With the apple in my mouth
The food that celebrates your end
And at your funeral,
I will sing the requiem
I'd offer you my hand
It would hurt too much to watch you die
And at your funeral I will sing the requiem
I'd offer you my hand
It would hurt too much to watch you die
Lyrics:
All the greats die young
That’s probably why I’m still alive
So I’ll cry and cry
But as the smells cave in
Its probably why I don’t feel so right
So I lie and lie
I’m just trying find, good signs, and good times
To get high, try my best to stay out of my mind
I’m just trying find
Long nights, the good fight, to stay high
And try my best, to stay out, of my mind
Happy is temporary, but I can’t look back
Medicate till I feel something
Did I just say that
Ate all those strawberries but somehow still lack
Medicate till I feel nothing
I didn’t mean to say that
It’s just me, just me in a field of strawberries
I think I’ll walk outside
Butt naked into the night
Right into those oceans waves
Tell me if I die here
In a field of my own fears
As I watch my skin decay the water as it pulls away
My love for fruit will slowly change
And my heart will finally sway
As I grow through the year, my field becomes dry of fear
My love for fruit will finally fade, happy in this field of strawberries

Lyrics:
Glass walls will never hide the truth
Fake smiles aren’t always so loose
If everyone could see me slip
I don’t think I would ever fit
Clarity vs reality
What’s happy if it’s fake as hell
What’s life if it don’t feel real
What am I supposed to feel
It’s all fake
I sure know how to make sad look good on me
Cause pretty just ain’t what it seems
If I wanna give me hell
do you think If I tried I would break?
If I went to blame myself
do you think if I tried I would break
Prying eyes don’t see through me
I’ve gotten good at showing teeth
If everyone saw me trip
I don’t think I’ll ever grip
Insanity vs reality
Losing sleep for nothing barely hanging on
Trying to find my happiness but that’s all dead and gone
Asking all these questions barely hanging on
Tryin' to find some answers

Please hit that like button, dear God I’m begging
Can’t pay my rent but at least I got that Louis
Diamond on my teeth, only reason I’m smiling
I’m trying fake rich, I’m trying spend your money
I’m trying have the whole world
Tell me I’m something
Fake Society
Is too late to die young
Got our hands on loaded guns
This world has made us so numb
Cause silence is better than bull
Shit they wanna say
Like it’s gonna change a thing
This world has made us numb
'Cause silence is better than bull
Shower me in plastic, do I look good?
Spent a 100k on a car, but I still live in Hollywood
Doctor says I’m perfect, what do you think?
Cut me up in places, so I don’t feel a thing
This world has made us so numb
It’s the shiny life that you crave,
Are you sick, blind, dumb, or depraved
With a smile so crooked
It could crack the glass ceiling

Selling pity for a living

After all this time
You’d think my world came caving in
but that’s not right,
and I’m just fine
After all this time
You’d think my heart gave away
But I’m breathing fine
and I’m alright
Overdosed on my own demons
What’s the point of giving up again
Trying to fight it so I keep on breathing
Will I even make this jump
Cause all I smell are lavenders
As the world burns down around me
around me
And all I smell are lavenders
Ill ignore all this pain around me
around me
Lavenders
Oblivion is so
Blissful as I hideaway
what’s going on
But I take too long
I act as though,
The world has turned against my soul
never think it through
I never thought it through
around me
Wasn’t meant to
Stay
Try my best to
Fadeaway

Lyrics:
Panic attacks at a Waffle House
Somewhere in Oklahoma
Nostalgia here at last
I tried my best to quit smoking
I guess it’s just not the right time
It’s never quite the time
Please calm me down
I want to hear you say it out loud
“I love you, but not right now”
Please make this allowed
Come take a seat
You’re all I need
Be just like me
A friend that needs
A friend that needs to feed
Made of porcelain and gasoline
Pour the gasoline
Please pour the gasoline

Lyrics:
Hostility still
It plagues me to no end
It’s making me ill
Well, I hope you’re taking care of yourself
We only want good for your health
That concerning look
That you give when I tell you
Eternally shook
Well I hope you can see that’s a fact
It’s the reason you can’t relax
Those walls of your lungs
Well they’re still wrapped in cellophane
‘Cause of your tongue
And the walls start to feel like
They’re all closing in
Oh, claustrophobia
Come right on in
Hold your breath in your skin
There’s no point in moving as
The light takes you in
It gets harder to feel so attached
When my body is just a body
And that is just that

Lyrics:
You say you’re ten minutes away
I start to rearrange the room
Elevate your pedestal so high
So I can never reach you
So I can always wonder why
I’m into whatever you’re into
That voice that tells me not to try
Well somebody killed him
Before I even learned to drive
There’s a house I filled with grandeur
Someone ripped off the whole place
Emergency dispatcher said it sucks to be me
I’m in a room that’s full of cancer
And people in their seventies
Thinking about my married friends
It sucks to be me
You’re in the shine of the present
I can’t think of what to do with you
Draw on the past like I’m bored in class
I sat through the lecture
But I don’t think I’m gonna pass
I’m into whatever
That voice that tells me not to run
Well somebody killed him
Before I even owned a gun
I’m into whatever you’re into
Sucks to be me
There’s a house I filled with grandeur
Someone ripped off the whole place
Emergency dispatcher said it sucks to be me
I’m in a room that’s full of cancer
And people in their seventies
Thinking about my married friends
It sucks to be me

Lyrics:
I can’t waste my time waiting on a savior
Here we are at the center of the world
Everything within our reach
The simple pleasantries gets taken away by the night
Into the ether, they fade
My hands are empty again
They showed me how to kill a god
Now, I am alone
Ingest and consume what is given to you
It won’t mean a thing when you’re gone
When can I see you again?
I bleed for no cause
I am a silhouette of everyone around me
And my pulse is fading
Here we are, standing at the edge of the world
What makes you feel alive?
What keeps your heart beating?
All that’s left is an ocean of black
So throw me into the deep
I’ll fall forever in this emptiness
We’ll fall forever in silence
I used to think there’d be something for me
So when my afterimage dissipates, will you remember me?
Throw your roses as we turn to dust
Under a blanket of dead leaves
Upon the frozen ground we sleep
I’m so tired
Disintegrate with me
We’re staring out into nothing
