So we came up with an idea — build an RV island extension/coffee bar that gives us extra workspace when we need it and folds away when we don’t!In this video, we take you through the project from idea to finished build. Our goal was to make something that looked like it belonged in the RV, was sturdy enough for everyday use, and gave us a convenient spot for the coffee maker, drinks, meal prep, or just a little extra room when cooking.The best part? They were excited to see this project come together, and we were excited to make it happen.But while I was stacking the door sections during the installation, I took a hit and ended up with a slight concussion.
