Dirty Loops - Hit Me (SYQ Keyboard Tutorial) [Chorus] SYQmusic 2013-12-02 | For all the people, that listened to "Hit me" and were like: "Yeah, I can play that as well" - here's your chance! :)This is a keyboard tutorial for the intro/chorus of "Dirty Loops - Hit Me".INFO:1. No, I'm not a native English speaker (apparently) :)2. No, I don't have sheets. 3. The software displaying the keys and notes is called "simple piano". It's pretty ... simple. For some reason it doesn't display all the sharps and note names (it says "C" when I play "C#"). However the blue keys that are lighting up on the virtual keyboard are always correct.4. Everything I play in the video is transposed one octave up! I had to do it, because the software couldn't display the low keys, that I would actually play.5. This is only the Intro/chorus of the song. At this time I don't know how the rest of the song is played. ;)6. This is just the way I play the song. I don't think that it's 100% correct. For example the intro is actually played by two different instruments - a piano and a synthesizer. They don't play the same notes all the time and this made it kind of difficult to find the right voicings.7. The keyboard sound I use comes from the Yamaha Motif XS 8. I layered a bright piano and a supersaw to create the sound you hear.

Thank you so much for all your views, friend requests, subs, likes and comments on my videos and channel so far. :) This time I chose a song from Japan's famous artist Ayumi Hamasaki. My arrangement is based on the piano version of "Dearest", but it's slightly changed, 'cos I wanted to have the vocal melody in the right hand. I didn't use sheet music for my arrangement and I don't know if there is any existing. Everything was done by ear. IMO the sound quality improved compared to my last upload, since I have a nice Nikon cam now. ;) Stay tuned for new piano recordings and some huge electronic stuff I'm workin' on (... but not tellin' now). ;)
