I wanted an excuse not to procrastinate on editing. I decided to use Dante from Devil May Cry Netflix series! I tried to fit the lyrics with specific scenes and I tried to follow the color scheme as best I could, but I hope I did not overdo it ;-; I tried to replicate the effects for the eyes, similar to my Billy edit, with the color of the eyes being red, like in the Gojo edit I did. This took me so long to edit, about 3-4 hours yesterday, mostly spent on editing the eye at the beginning, since I kept forgetting. So in total, I probably worked on this 9-10 hours?? I also remember the hardships I felt in the past...in 2017, I quit for a few months because my views dropped, my editing felt awful compared to others, and frankly, I lost my passion, but then I realized I started to edit because I enjoyed it. I did not put up my first edit to get known, and yes, having some fame, even if it was small, felt nice, but after I changed my editing to multifandom and changed my YouTube name...I lost a lot of support because they did not want me to change! They only cared about that one fandom I edited for years, and I needed a break, so yes, I got sad feeling my edits were garbage while others were so known and good...I felt like I was nothing. 10 long years of trying my best to improve and editing all types of fandoms. It took me about 5 years to thoroughly learn the basics of Vegas, and since then, I started to improve slowly. I am happy to have met so many other editors over the years! The edit I was gonna do in the intro my haters:and My supporters:But I thought...this sounds like my past and present self, so I changed it to where I am believing such lies while my present self tells me to not take such bs. Today is the day! This took me over a week or more to edit since I was sick with covid and because I only added a few scenes a day. This may be a basic edit with no fancy effects or lyrics, but I chose to do it this way because I thought the edit itself shows the lyrics, etc. I hope everyone likes it because I tried my damn best to make it interesting.
