How to Write An Adventure Film El Dorado Ep. 34 FINAL FILMING! | Writing Skills for Kids 7-14 LitFilmFest 2020-06-04 | Key Stage 2 and 3 children age 7-14 will enjoy this fun, educational and engaging film writing project, designed by qualified teachers using the UK National Curriculum, based on the free text, ‘El Dorado’. Todays’ lesson: Today you will be performing your script. Rehearse what you are going to say using your script, sticking to the stage directions. Also, check what different shots you will need, which you planned yesterday. Step 1 will be to film all of the different shots in your 5 scenes, then step 2 will be putting together all of the shots.You can use a simple video editor to do this such as iMovie, Adobe Spark or Quik.This is your final filming session, so if you’ve been with us for the whole adventure, you should have 7 different videos, one from each week! The very last step is to pull each video into your editor and attach them all together! Adobe Spark or iMovie, or any other editing software can be used to do this.Once you have finished, please do share your final work with us - we would simply love to see it! This lesson is about how to film your flashback! There are 4 things to film:1. The introduction to the flashback (what are your characters going to find or see to prompt the flashback to happen?)2. Paragraph 13. Paragraph 24. Paragraph 3You can use freeze frames, images, or any method you like to record this section, but have a go to see if you can add some filters, wibbly wobbly transitions or sound effects to make sure it is clear the scene is from the past. Once you’ve recorded everything, the next step will be putting together all of the shots.
