Strategy?
Time to make good use of your elemental crests that you saved up throughout the game (unless you sold them of course). The boss is immune to all physical based attacks, so only magic works on him.
Hiro: Goddess + Thunder Crest worked well for me. Keep using Thunder Bolt. I used Call Thunder for kicks to see if it helped or not, but I didn't realize that it weakened Lemina's Ice spells.
Ronfar: Happy Hour.
Jean: She's pretty useless in this fight, IMO. Equip her with an elemental crest of your choice and have her use its single target spell.
Lemina: Ice Arrows till the end of time.

Not too difficult of a battle. It just takes a little while to wittle it's health down with spells.
Fiend Ring = Broken.
