Iron Banner this time around is pretty great. Getting armor is actually worth something now that Armor 2.0 is out, and the ability to collect Enhanced Mods is also PCOOL. Normally I would play Iron Banner because it was Control only, but now that we have a control only playlist, that portion isn't as enticing as before.
If you're struggling in Iron Banner because your Light Level is too low, run something like Malfeasance or Jotunn. Malfeasance will detonate the slugs after 5 shots which does enough bonus damage to kill pretty much everyone, and Jotunn one bangs even with a sever LL disadvantage.
Precision Bows are also pretty decent, because Headshot + Bodyshot should take out high LL opponents, and you can hang back and play support for your teammates by tagging enemies and softening them up for the kill.
