The Republican Party has been so diluted, crippled and disempowered by the mysterious encroachment of conservatism into its philosophical fabric of Republicanism, that since the 1877 Democratic/Republican Parties Compromise over the generational fates of us new, US black citizens, as high as 98% of the Americans who identify as "republican", are not, but rather unknowingly holds the erroneous perception whereby the two terms are one in the same. Such is blasphemous rhetoric our Republic, and betrays the 740,000 young boys and men who perished in the Civil War.
