In this puzzle, all the starting positions of the letters are the same, so I worked out sequences that would put the words together as long as I did every move the same every time.
I'm sure these aren't the fastest possible sequences, I'm not nearly good enough at a puzzle like this to find that.

Very tight run of all the stages with my current skill level and strategies. My sum of bests (which isnt accurate in the timer) is likely only a minute or two max faster than this.
