The OST is still for sale on the internet in multiple places. That has the music in much better audio quality.
I didn't find a file extractor for this game/game engine, so I just imported the whole EDEN.DAT file as RAW into Audacity and removed the parts that weren't audio (just sounded like garbled noise). These are the music files and sound effects (all two, it seems) I got from that. I've uploaded another video for the rest of the audio from the game (the speech files).
