What happens when you spend 24 hours living at Bob Evans? In this video, I travel to Port Huron, Michigan and challenge myself to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and breakfast again at the famous Bob Evans while stealth camping in my minivan between meals!
The adventure starts bright and early with a classic Bob Evans breakfast featuring sunny-side-up eggs, crispy bacon, sourdough toast, and fresh coffee. After fuelling up, I explore the area, visit a truck stop for a much-needed shower, work remotely from the road, and check out the beautiful waterfront near the Canadian border.
For lunch, I try Bob Evans' legendary turkey sandwich loaded with fresh ingredients and paired with hot crispy fries. Later, I take a walk through Port Huron, visit local attractions, and continue documenting life on this multi-day road trip across Michigan.
Dinner brings another round of comfort food, including steak tips, garlic chicken, loaded baked potatoes, biscuits with honey, and sweet tea. After a relaxing evening watching a movie in the van, I settle in for a night of stealth camping before returning to Bob Evans one final time for a massive breakfast featuring blueberry pancakes, sausage patties, hash browns, eggs, and bacon.
