Interviewed the co-founders James Wong and Matthias Liew of Uinah Premium Craft Beverages today as they share the beautiful story behind Uinah and how they came about with the idea of using Tambunan Ginger harvested lovingly by our local community - ensuring they buy the produce above market rate so the business is sustainable and of highest quality!
Tambunan ginger is known for its spicier “kick” thanks to the fertile environment and their patience in ensuring the maturity of the ginger to be at its peak before being harvested.
Though wonderful to drink on its own, the two share 4 mocktails recipes that we all did LIVE and tried.
