While on my travels in Texas I noticed a fun coffee shop in Grandview, Texas called "The Grind." They not only have great coffee, but they are making ice-cream a very unique way. They use liquid nitrogen to make their ice-cream. Also, the menu has a very fun wide variety of flavors. And my icecream was made in about 20 seconds. Have you ever had icecream made this way?
