It displays the full thumbnail for each swatch and allows you to pick directly from the tray to place the object.The settings button has two options in addition to toggling the tray off.Keep Open on Placement - Off by default. This will keep your last set of swatches visible even after you finish placing the object. Useful if you plan to place many different variations of the same object.Show Info - On by default.
