Hey guys! In today’s video, I decided to do a collaboration with Nico on how black entertainers get taken advantage of in media. I talk about the black tik toker strike as well as the history of black creatives getting their work stolen and repackaged like the case of Big Mama Thornton and Elvis. I also talk about how black actors sometimes get mistreated or pushed aside to play a stereotype and sometimes don't get the proper hairdressers to do the hair for their characters and more!
