On the thirteenth episode of Let's Play Grounded, it's time for Pete to revisit some of the areas we've been to explore them more thoroughly. We start by returning to the Haze, to plunder its loot and Infected Larva-filled trenches for crow feathers, upgrade materials, and Milk Molars. Then, after a quick climb up the rake to rake rock, we make our way towards the Hedge along the underside of the porch. On the way, Pete encounters a sleeping Wolf Spider and I decide it's time to bring one of the big venomous buggers down. Arriving at the Hedge, it becomes apparent once again that I should have brought a torch once the darkness becomes impenetrable. Eventually, we return to the Hedge Lab in search of a recipe that's hidden even further up. Once we've learned the secrets of the Broodmother BLT, our last exploration destination is the stone ledge behind the Pond, before returning to BURG.L.

For the next Boss Bytes hunt in Monster Hunter Rise, were going after the final monster in the game, the Crimson Glow Valstrax. Unlike the regular Valstrax, a Crimson Glow has been overloaded with Dragon energy, turning it into an aggressive and destructive beast. Like a strange hybrid of a dragon and a jet plane, Valstrax is able to boost around at high speed, fire a variety of energy projectiles, and rearrange its bladed wings into a more close-combat focused orientation. Finally, its able to launch high into the sky before slamming back down on you like a crimson meteor.

For the next Boss Bytes hunt in Monster Hunter Rise, were going after the one and only Thunder Serpent Narwa. This Elder Dragon is the cause of the Rampage that has threatened Kamura Village for generations, as she drives monster mad in her search for her mate Ibushi. As the final monster in the game at launch, her fight is a little different than the average hunt. We find her waiting in the Coral Palace, an arena formed around an ancient castle that she likely destroyed. With the ability to float through the air firing off blasts of energy, shes a difficult monster to land hits on, but she also raises chunks of earth holding old weapon emplacements that we can make use of.
