After an annoying game of "rope pull" Ryu and company run into a fishy situation...like the pun? Check out my other video of how to kill this guy with EASE!
Angler: This guy is a push over, I actually tried to showcase skills rather than taking him out efficiently. He's got 20 agility (meaning you need 40 for an ex turn), and a fish head to steal. He can turn your party against you with his bone dart, but aside from that, he's nothing to worry about. He does have an enemy skill that I DID NOT PICK UP called "Thunder Clap." We'll learn it later ^^
He has a mediocre physical attack and as long as you bring pancea's and make sure to heal when someone is confused, this fight'll be a piece of cake. The angler uses thunderclap every 3 turns and it can do some serious damage, make sure that you're all healed up before he hits you with it, and you'll have no problem at all.
