Preview Track for the Warhammer 40.000 themed album I'm currently working on! The goal is to compose a score to retell certain events from the lore of the universe, or compose themes to represent the different factions that belong to it.

"Let the Galaxy Burn" represents the corrupting forces of Chaos from the Warhammer 40K Universe. Comprised of Traitor Space Marines, Heretic Cultists and Daemons of the Warp, Chaos is one of the most terrifying threats to mankind in the 41st Millenium.
From a giant tear in the Warp, "The Eye of Terror", Chaos spews out into the material world to wreak havoc and vengeance upon the galaxy and to quench the thirst of the four Chaos Gods, also known as The Ruinous Powers.
The track I composed follows a fairly recent event in the lore of 40K, namely "The Fall of Cadia", and is meant to depict the massive Chaos invasion of this Imperial Fortress World, mankind's first line of defense against Chaos. The disharmonic chords at the start and the subsequent upbeat part are meant to represent The Ruinous Powers, while the more heroic themes represent the spirit of mankind, where the Imperial Guardsmen and Loyalist Space Marines stationed there valiantly try to hold off the invasion.

Beyond the Flow of Time is my 18 track tribute album to one of my all time favorite games, Chrono Trigger! I worked on this pretty much all day and night through the second half of the summer, reliving so many wonderful memories throughout the process. A literally timeless adventure of a lifetime with fantastic music by Yasunori Mitsuda (and Nobuo Uematsu) that is still so unique to me. Happy to finally have covered this game and I hope you enjoy the album!

Phew, its been a while! Ive been hard at work on reworking my general sound direction for more of a studio orchestra template, building around smaller ensembles for a tight, yet full sound. This great theme from MHA has served as a perfect practice piece for it, and I cant wait to produce more music with the template!
