Lessons learned in supporting virtual care education for a new Remote Patient Monitoring Service @PHSABC

Presenters Christy Boyce and Cara Bethel will highlight their experiences in supporting the launch of a Heart Failure remote patient monitoring service in April, 2023. Specifically, they will speak to supporting education and learning for the providers and future patients. Learnings shared will include:
● necessary concepts of change management in support of service adoption
● development of patient resources that are evidence-based and accessible
Presenters will also highlight recommendations they will use to inform education and learning support approaches for future RPM and virtual care services.
