Nick Finn & Nick Seymour of Crowded House, Kenny Kravitz and The Odds talk with host Stu Jeffries on GOOD ROCKIN' TONITE. Neil was from New Zealand where he performed with Split Enz. He was the younger brother of Split Enz founding member Tim Finn. Nick is from Australia and is the younger brother of Mark Seymour of the group Hunters and Collectors. The name Crowded House referred to the the crowded apartment they shared in West Hollywood during the recording of the album Crowded House. Their single of (Hey now) Don't Dream It's Over reached #2 in the US and #1 in Canada in December 1986 and won them & the video US awards. Lenny Kravitz won Grammy Awards for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance 4 years in a row from 1999 to 2002, and numerous other awards incl. MTV, American Music & Brit Awards. Fans of "The Hunger Games" film series will recognize him as Katniss' creative stylist Sinna. The Odds was a Vancouver alternative rock band formed in 1986, compared to Tom Petty, the Clash, XTC & Franz Ferdinand. After the release of their LP Neopolitan in 1991, they were picked up to be Warren Zevon's touring band for his LP Mr Bad Example. They were involved in several Kids in the Hall music projects.
