In the movie "Cross of Fire," I played Ronny opposite the leading lady, Mel Harris, who portrayed Madge Oberholtzer. I have never had such bad luck in Road Rash II! I Am Spider 2021-10-14 | I was testing out a new capture card I bought and thought I'd play through the Vermont stage in Road Rash II for fun. The game had other ideas for me! Seriously, I've never encountered so many cars on the road so close together in this game on this stage. I just thought it was funny.
Beating Little Nemo: the Dream Master in hornet form I Am Spider 2020-02-17 | Little Nemo: the Dream Master is one of my favorite games on the NES. It's fun, inventive and colorful, but one tough son of a bitch, with one of the best soundtracks around! I could never beat it as a kid, but I can now and do so several times a year. In this video, I beat the Nightmare King in hornet form. I discovered that this could be done because I was curious if I could manage to fly high enough to reach the edge of the cliff rather than having to use the mouse. To do it required a turbo controller or extremely quick thumbs to mash the A button quickly enough to fly up there before you tire out. From there, the rest is cake.

This is one of my favorite themes in this game. It's so heroic and Orchestral, as most of this sound track is, and it pumps you up inasmuch as it gives you a sense of urgency to slay the Water Dragon that awaits you at the base of the tower.
Whisper of the Phantom I Am Spider 2014-07-29 | This original composition by Masaharu Iwata and Hitoshi Sakimoto was composed for the Earth Tower in Quest Mode, but it also played during the Arcade Mode of the game as well. It's dark, mysterious chords and tones perfectly conjure the image of battling beasts in the dank caves of Middle Earth to me.
