Phase 1 of clearing the dream building lot is wrapped up! Using my Caterpillar 304 mini excavator and an old skid steer, I tackled some serious land clearing — removing trees, digging stumps, and grading the ground to start turning raw land into a buildable site.
This phase was all about making progress with what I’ve got — no fancy new equipment, just reliable old iron getting the job done. Watch as I work through tree removal, stump pulling, and brush cleanup to start shaping the land for the next stage of the build.
