筑豊本線上り中間～黒崎間短絡線の前方映像。

下村仁士 2022-03-07 | 筑豊本線中間駅と鹿児島本線黒崎駅を結ぶ短絡線は、1893（明治26）年6月30日、筑豊興業鉄道中間駅と九州鉄道黒崎駅を結ぶ短絡線として開通しました。かつては筑豊炭田から門司港への石炭輸送の任を担い、現在では福北ゆたか線として都市近郊の足として活躍していますが、2022年3月11日の運転を最後に線路が大幅に付け替えられます。
筑豊の栄華を残す風景がまたひとつ消えていきますが、その思い出を偲んでこの動画をご覧いただければと思います。
