Very simply a valid "religion" is one that agrees with the Declaration of Independence that all men are created equal and that they are endowed by their creator with individual human rights to be free. If a group of individuals wants to claim the right of freedom for their religion that itself does not recognize the right of all individuals to choose their own religion making freedom of religion against the law (like ISLAM) then that supposed "religion" is not recognized as a real religion by the Declaration of Independence. As a matter of fact Athe Declaration of Independence was composed in response to a Tyrant (King George) who was the legal head of the state religion (Anglican) of the British Empire. The authority of the King's prerogative was firmly denied by the Declaration which included denying the King's spiritual authority. Likewise the spiritual authority of Mohammed is also denied by the Declaration of Independence. So according to the Declaration of Independence, the hinge- pin document of America, Mohammedism (Islam) does not fit the criteria for a religion but rather the criteria of a harmful political cult that follows Sharia law, which is in essence a declaration of war against American Freedom and says that we Americans should be killed if we don't follow their leader and obey Sharia law. Islam should be outlawed just like the Communist party is outlawed. What should be done about the threat of Islam against our Republic? First outlaw mosques and public meetings of followers of Mohammed because every one of them has sworn to obey Mohammed who tells them to kill the individuals that resist his way. Maybe a lot of Muslims don't think that they would kill someone but they still are committed to following Mohammed, who was a thug. I don't believe anything anybody has to say about Jesus unless it agrees with the concept that God is always joyful and therefore never condemns. All of you "righteous" Christians don't like to hear such a thing because you have been deceived into condemnation.Of course the only reference points for Jesus are in the Bible and of all the references to Jesus are open to interpretation by anyone that reads the Bible. The present view of Christianity was formulated in the early Church by the Apostles. The belief that these men knew what God was about is hinged on their belief that the Ten Commandments of Moses were rules given to Moses by God. It is exactly that concept that brought about the brutal murder of Jesus of Nazareth. The Jewish people let Jesus die because they thought he was evil and not from God. The Christians left after Jesus died were frightened and clung to their Jewish roots. There is an event in the Acts of the Apostle that shows that God communicated his nature to Peter but Peter didn't understand it properly and thus the Church fell from God's guidance to an extension of the Jewish religion.Acts 10; 9 - 16... These scenes bounce around some occasionally amusing jokes -- the Heavenly elevator operator asks Michael: "All the way down?" "No, just to Earth," whereupon the operator shrugs "Might as well be." However, once the film gets to Earth, it turns serious to deliver a ponderous but engagingly solemn message on Christian virtue. It all gets heavy-handed but is written consistently well enough to maintain interest. Out of this famous proposition of equality authored by Thomas Jefferson, emerged the co-principle of dynamic force and direction that states unequivocally in Jefferson's words that all men are "endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights..."Ever since that day, the phrase "all men are created equal" has piqued the minds of great thinkers world wide as to exactly what Jefferson meant by the phrase and likewise every American citizen has at one time or another tried to understand what equality means in America. All Americans know that equality comes with the endowment of "certain unalienable rights" but some Americans are unable to see the reality of Freedom in their lives under the present U.S. government administration.My conclusion about this truth of the religion existing in the Declaration of American Independence is that for an American to ethically claim for himself or herself the "certain unalienable rights" stated as "self-evident" truth, he or she must consciously recognize and acclaim the Divine nature of the Declaration of American Independence and consciously recognize and acclaim the spiritual relationship that is established between every citizen with God. The spiritual relationship between the individual citizen and all other citizens is expressed, as "E Pluribus Unum" which applied here to Americans would translate as "one person out of many persons". I know that many people interpret the 'Unum" as meaning one nation out of many people but that is not a well thought out conclusion. Clearly, the application of the phrase by Thomas Jefferson would refer to one person as the ideal standard of unity out of all persons, namely Jesus Christ. The concept of the "mystical body of Christ", in which Christ is the head of the body and all humanity are the members of the body is a basic tenet of all Christian Faith. Applying the concept here in the two "self-evident" truths reveals that God creates all humans equal to Jesus Christ, with the same rights and authority as Jesus. This reminds me of what Jesus said to the Jews when they got mad about him saying that he was the son of God. Jesus answered them: "Is it not written in your law: I said you are gods?" (John 10; 34).The practical application of "E pluribus Unum" to myself as a citizen is that I think of myself as Jesus and in that state of mind I then think of each other citizen as Jesus. From such a viewpoint, I then act accordingly, exercising my freedom without interfering with the freedom of another citizen. From such a viewpoint, I mind my own business and do not question another citizen's personal beliefs nor try to impose my beliefs on another citizen. I am free to speak my mind and that is the only tool of influence that I value and use in my relationship with other citizens. Under such social conditions of an enlightened free people, the only responsibility of a government is to protect all citizens from theft or harm or any impedance to their liberty. This condition of Freedom does not exist in America today because the government seeks to invade the personal freedom of Americans under the pretext of protecting them from supposed evils that the government has in fact, created out of their treasonous actions.For those of you who would say "I don't believe in God" - by your own words you deny your unalienable rights.
