The single-column wide-margin layout is a great feature, and I really enjoyed the inset helps that explored connections to the liturgy, social justice, archaeology, and prayer. It also offered explanations of key ideas and words. This Bible also has great introduction articles on how to read the Bible as a Catholic. These are offered side-by-side with the NABRE's historical-critical footnotes and draws on them to assist readers in their exploration of Scripture. My Bible was MISSING two books?! Includes some color swatching and markings to test bleeding and show through. I bought this in a quest to find a non-NABRE Catholic Bible with decent margins. It did not work out.
