Demonstration - setting off or activating an expired Epipen dnova 2021-04-27 | This Epipen expired in 2004 and had chunks of something floating around in it. I have never set one off before so I decided to give it a try. Most of the liquid stays inside the syringe like the instructions say will happen. I was careful to keep my fingers clear of the needle orifice. I'm not sure if you can hear it in the video but in real life I could hear the liquid splashing my sink.Don't try this yourself and dispose of all medication and sharps appropriately!
