Minimals - Mandelbulb 3d fractal animation
updated
Another impossible flight leads us through the Miky Way Galaxy, an easy task for the SpaceEngine simulator.
The third impossible part of this movie is the soundtrack, realized with algorithmically created sequences based on the orbit of one only Mandelbrot point: -0.564483+0.459912i. Played with instruments from the Steinberg Iconica Sketch Library, the sound is nearby an orchestra depicting its string section and some percussions, but playing this score in reality should have been a nearly impossible task.

Serving as the steadfast cornerstone of the performance, it seamlessly integrated improvisations featuring ethereal voices, resonant crystal bowls, soulful cello melodies, and cutting-edge electronics layered atop its mesmerizing visuals.
Renowned musicians Valérie Stammet and Arthur Stammet, collectively known as the captivating "Duo Stammet-Stammet," breathed life into the live instruments during this transcendent psychedelic journey.
Made with the fractal rendering engine Mandelbulb 3D and some scenes created with SpaceEngine, the essence of this video is meticulously curated to distill the immersive experience into its purest form, offering a profound reflection on its elemental essence.

Playing with the name of the City of Saarbrücken, containing both the name of its river (Saar) and the bridges overpassing their waves, the music composition and movie are both a meditation about connections between the industrial past of Luxembourg (the country, the author comes from) and Völklingen (nearby Saarbrücken), mathematics, universe and music by using softwares (Space Engine, Mandelbulb 3D, Groboto, MirrorLab, Midjourney...) and the author's brain, aided by AI in order to connect music and visuals.

Movie directed and created with its soundtrack by Arthur Stammet in May 2022.
Filmed with a DJI Mini 2.
Soundtrack algorithmically composed by Arthur Stammet and recorded with the Hauptwerk virtual pipe organ.
The soundtrack uses algorithmically created Midifiles played on a Hauptwerk software organ with the sounds of the Dudelange St-Martin Organ. These sounds are mixed with a bunch of synthesizer sounds already used in Arthur's movie "Explorers".
The visual background is a very slow rotational zoom towards our Milky Way Galaxy, created with SpaceEngine.
The "Cathedral" is a deep and slow exploration of a constantly morphing fractal object, created with Mandelbulb 3D.
The visuals have been created with SpaceEngine and Incendia.

“.. slowly drifting away from our primordial beings”, these two extended tracks of classic deep space ambient with Berlin school music influences inspired the movie creator to explore a morphing mandelbulb object, digitally put under the surface of a slowly waving sea, captured with a GoPro video camera.

The background is a very slow flight around the centre of a nebula, rendered in SpaceEngine faced by a fractal construction, rendered in Mandelbulb 3d, explored with the calm slowliness directed by the whole creation.
The film has been mounted in Premiere and mastered in Filmora Pro

It has been rendered in Mandelbulb 3D, mouinted in Premiere and tweaked with a LUT and Light effects in Filmora Pro.
The music is based on granular synthesis and has been composed with sounds created with the Native Instruments Reaktor instrument Travelizer.

The animation, created with Mandelbulb 3D, explores a complex fractal world, which could be a reactor, turning on a planet in a distant galaxy. The sound is a remix of different parts of the electronic suite "Door Blues", a composition by Arthur Stammet. The granular sounds, fixed during an exploration session in Native Instruments Reactor Traveler, use exclusively sounds of a badly oiled door and add a deeper sense to the title of the film.
The footage has been synchronized with the soundtrack in Premiere using some cuts, seperating stable speed variations (100%, 200%, 500%...). The stuttering effect in two scenes of the movie has been added, besides glow and anamorphic light, during postproduction in Fimora Pro.

The film tells the story of a civilization trying to bring life to a planet, found in the ring of a black hole. This action seems to succeed with rising lakes allowing the poisonous atmosphere of the planet to clean up.
The footage has been realized and rendered with Mandelbulb 3D, ArtMatic Voyager, SpaceEngine and JWildfire. It has been mounted in Premiere with Twixtored, motion blurred footage and mastered in Filmora Pro (color grading and light effects).

The film with its soundtrack is a hallucinating voyage into a fractal world, where the progression and movement constantly speed up while the soundtrack grows into a harmonic deepness while it follows its ascending mood.
The music has been composed by Arthur Stammet, using sounds played on several instruments by Hasan Hüseyin Talaz and Daniel Osorio melted into a large electronic environment created by Arthur Stammet with a bunch of (software-) synthesizers using granular synthesis.
The film is a long meditation about chaos and complex structures which may be found in the universe, mathematical formulas and their permutations, fractal worlds and on earth.
A movie by Arthur Stammet showing the transport of Vince Arty's Giftbox to its destination in Leudelange (LUX). The original footage has been made during July 27th by the author who produced it in Esch-sur-Alzette (LUX) in his studio.
The movie tells us the story of an alien civilization, coming to an unexplored planet (Kepler 452 b), in order to find out if it should be populated by themselves. Finding an enormous town, entirely built on a waterplane, they believe in a kind of peaceful coexistence with them, when coming to habitate one of the free regions of this enormous planet.

In order to add visuals to this music, I've chosen a fractal scene rendered in Mandelbulber, layered at the beginning and end of the movie with a SpaceEngine scene with the great Magellanic cloud. The scene shows a kind of Alien Spaceship explored in order to localize its energy centers illuminated with yellow and red lights. The slowness of the music track is reflected by the lack of dynamics in the movements of the scene, suddenly interrupted by the explosion sparked by entering the first energy chamber of the Spaceship.
This movie tries to illustrate the minimalism and the fractal base of this musical track, I got from Paul in order to add visuals to it.
