Mapleshade MAP - FULL (Backup Deadline: 1 June) @FireLaena

Aluriya I heard this song from the MLP movie, and instantly thought I wanted to make a MAP out of it like the Spottedleaf MAP. It's great fpr mapleshade! Though there are a few rules, please make sure you read and accept them:

- Only for experienced animators (Sorry! I want it to be a good map!)
- Lip Synching in the "Open up your eyes" parts is REQUIRED!
- You MUST use the given designs for Mapleshade, Frecklewish, Appledusk and their kits! Link to designs: https://sta.sh/21f4c1cltt6i?edit=1
- Your part must contain animation, so not just tweening cats.
- Try to make it HD, at least 720. If it's not possible, then no worries. But try to think about it.
- Animate what the part says about the scene!
- You got the part when I say you do. It's NOT first come first serve. Like I said you'll need to have at least a certain degree of animating skill before you can enter. No offense!
- Send the part to my email afterwards. (Via dropbox, sendspace, ect) (lena@magical7.com)
- If you don't upload/respond before the deadline, you could be replaced. So please keep me up to date and/or finish within time.

Bluestars Prophecy Episode 2: Unfinished

I must apologize, I am unable to finish this project. It just takes too much time, which I don't have. I currently have multiple jobs, am a fulltime mother, and I just never find time to get on the computer, letalone work on this project.

NOTE: NOTHING in here is final. Everything is due to change, and might change or scenes may end up disappearing. Don't mind errors or weird things!

things have been so crazy lately. Moving into a new house and being busy with family.. The Erin Hunters have contacted me by email with some questions. I can't go further into what they said, but all in all very exciting.

This is basically the same vid I showed before, but more updated than before, too. Honestly, the progress is, and has been very slow. My flash broke down once again, and I can't get it to work. ;/ No flash means no progress.

But here you can get a good look of how almost the entire episode looks some far. Some things still need to be lip synced, as well as colored and shaded. Most scenes still need backgrounds, that will have to be drawn for each scene serperately.

If someone has a solution for my adobe flash problem, I'd love to hear it so I can continue!

LIFE ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Lex and I officially live together now! We bought a house, and we're all settled. This ate most of our time. Another big thing is.. Well, Lex and I are expecting a baby, as I'm pregnant ;) That.. Also eats up some time! And probably will eat up much more later on...

BSP Episode 2 - Casting Call results

Aluriya 2015-04-28 | Auditions are closed! We went through the auditions as quickly as we could and heard many great auditions. We are happy with the responses we got and we appreciate each audition. But in the end, we had to pick the very best for each role. It wasn’t easy, but we got to a conclusion. The new members of the Bluestar’s Prophecy project are:

Bluestar’s Prophecy is looking for Voice Actors for episode 2! Want to become part of the team and help getting the rest of the series done? Then this is your chance!

Check the video and pick a character to audition for.
Check below in the description for the lines that belong to your character.
Record each of those line three times.
Upload your recordings to Youtube or Soundcloud.
Send a link to your recordings to teambluestarsprophecy@gmail.com. Make sure that your email subject starts with “Audition:” and the character that you are auditioning for. So for example: “Audition: Weedwhisker”. If you audition for multiple characters, please send one mail per character.

You can audition for as many characters as you like, but make sure to send us a separate email for each different character. That way we’ll be able to process your auditions more quickly and get you the results sooner!

Bluestars Prophecy - Episode 1

Aluriya 2013-10-27 | Black part flashing through the entire video? Colors messed up / weird lines through it? And the audio thats a bit behind on the first part? Yeah thanks Windows Media Player, Why not mess up ffs. Unfortunately this is something that cant be helped. My computer isnt the best thing to render stuff with. D: Commenting about it is pretty pointless because I can't fix it. I'm going to have friends help me out to render the future episodes, because my computer can't take it. But for now we'll have to deal with this.

And here it finally is. Ive done NOTHING ELSE than editing this, re-rendering cause things went wrong ALL day, and now I'm sick of it :BB

Its been around a year when I started this I think? I quit, then picked it up eventually. Ive been busy with ssswarriorcats and my own portfolio, so this didn't have the highest priority.

Fun fact is the first part (obviously rough and rushed part) was done BEFORE I even started working on the prologue. So its REALLY old heh. Shiny also did some animation somewhere in the middle, can you see the different styles? Hehe. I'm glad I got some help with this. I had Sorena, Dogdig and Dawn help me with coloring and Dawn even helped inbetweening stuff. It really helped me get more motivated for this, that I didn't have to do it alone heh. xD You can probably see the animation getting better towards the end, as the animation at the end is smoother and more recent.

For episode 2 the animation should be smoother with more effort. Half of this is rushed and old, but episode 2 should be better.

The intro also had it's re-touch, but its going to change even more, I just didn't have time to change it for now. Faustina also re-sang it and I added some background voices. Woooh!

Unfortunately there are some errors with the first part. For first the audio is off by a bit, but I'm NOT going to render it again. Then on the second part there seems to be a background glitch, but it shouldnt be too bad.

- Only real Warrior characters.
- Keep it well animated. I may reject minimal animation / ask you to redo your part.
- When the ''crowd'' sings, use actual cats from the clans.
- Lip sync would look good, since Fireheart sings it!
- Put "aardappel" in your comment when you ask for a part, so I know you've read the rules. :D (Aardappel = potato in dutch & Not including this = I'll ignore your comment.)
- When there are random ''bump'' sounds or anything, try to do as much with sound effects as you can!
- It can be silly, but try to keep it realish still! (No flying cats ect =P )
- One part a person (Unless not a lot of people want to enter XD)
- Finish it in time. You'll get plenty of time. (about 2 months)

A lot of stuff went wrong while making this. For example I lost half of my files, AND half of my motivation to continue. Yet I DID start over, while I didnt really have time for it. But here it is. Half finished or not.Its mising a lot of sounds and the dog chase scene is sadly.. well the music is too late. It went really well with the animation but yeah it got messy. Alright wheee.

So yeah, no critiques, I didn't exactly put my heart and soul into this. ^^; I never animated dogs like this before, as in actually FINISHING it. Blarfg
