Atlantis is actually kind of a decent character. He's very simple, and has a limited selection of moves, but he's got a little bit of everything. His Level 9 attacks have dreadful range, though, and he's got nothing on Springman.

Im putting the whole thing up, so that you all can speculate among yourself about how to get to the boss. That said, I still think its just a matter of getting an unreasonably high amount of Secret points.
Things to note:
- This was played in MAME; Ive never gotten to the secret boss in ZiNC, so maybe that has something to do with it.
- I didnt have much time logged on the machine, so its probably not a timed unlock.
-Ive only played the game about 3 times, so its not like you have to beat it repeatedly/ clear the boss consecutively.")
