I get asked this all the time during 1.5 streams, so it's about time I do this video. Explains the basic differences between Dream Weapons & Leveling choices. Any combination of options works, but some may be more useful for you than others depending on how you play.

Obviously I wanted this to be somewhat basic, so I avoided going into super specific scenarios.
