With over three and a half years at ZF, Kinga is part of the Warning and Degradation Concept/ On-board Diagnostics. She welcomed the opportunity to join the Women In Engineering @ZF initiative, guided by a core principle she deeply values: continuous and consistent development. ✨
🌱 Key lesson she learned: “Have the courage to say YES and to ask questions. One of the most significant challenges I embraced was changing my field entirely, transitioning from telecom to automotive.”
Today, Kinga appreciates the decision she took outside of her comfort zone. She closely collaborates with colleagues across ZF teams in Germany, Italy, France, India, and North America. 🌍
