Mega Man Legends 2 also featured a random kick the can game right at the start in Yosyonke. It's a little less apparent what you have to do with it than in the first game. You can get 1,000 Zenny by kicking it into the trash can behind the building across the street.

There's also a cool little duck you can kick around too, no reward for that though. Just another fun little Mega Man Legends 2 detail.
