In this video, David and Brooks introduce the Keysight E505xA SSA-X family of Signal Source Analyzers. The video shows three demos highlighting the most important new capabilities of the SSA-X:
1) Absolute phase and AM noise measurement of the M9484C VXG at 54 GHz
2) Easy-to-perform residual phase and AM noise measurements up to 54 GHz with no external components
3) mmWave (170 GHz D-band to 330 GHz+) absolute phase noise measurement with the easy-to-use VDI E5051AWXX phase noise downconverter (6G and other applications)
The SSA-X is an all-in-one measurement tool that has the following additional capabilities:
-VCO test with internal sweep control voltage source
-Pulsed RF phase noise
-Jitter analysis
-Dual low noise DC power supplies for powering DUTs and VCOs
-Transient Analysis
-Vector Network Analysis
-Spectrum Analysis

E5055A: 1 MHz to 8 GHz
E5056A: 1 MHz to 26.5 GHz
E5057A: 1 MHz to 44 GHz
E5058A: 1 MHz to 54 GHz
