This is an edited & condensed version (with better audio) of our live stream we did back on July 31st. You can find the full version here: https://www.youtube.com/live/sChc5JJEnsQ?feature=share
@hillerfit did a reaction video where he took clips from this episode and gave opinion over it, painting an (in my opinion) false narrative of an athlete who dislikes the sport and community in which she competes. I edited out from the original hour and a half show the useless discussions we had around books, online comments, or areas she did not have an opinion and pieced together the sections that show not only her love for CrossFit but her advocacy for athletes and the improvement of the sport.
