ColdBwoyy 2025-08-17 | Thanks to the Tinkerer Exotic Mask, this is now the BEST PVE Rifle Build in The Division 2 for Year 7 Season 2!The Urban MDR has made its return to the spotlight in The Division 2. Previously, rifles were semi-automatic but thanks to a nice quality of life change in the recent past, every rifle in the game now has an automatic firing mode. Ever since the Tinkerer exotic mask released, I’ve been making so many different builds revolving around this new piece of gear. It has an amazing talent that applies your secondary weapon talent to your primary, allowing you to activate 2 powerful talents at once. After some careful testing, I think I might have found something special here. Your main priorities will be increasing your rifle damage as much as possible, ensuring have sufficient crit chance and crit damage, and a strong focus on weapon handling. Thanks to the tinkerer mask, you can activate 2 talents at once for your Urban MDR and those talents will be boomerang and killer. Boomerang applies a 50% chance to refill a bullet in your magazine each time you crit and if successful, that bullet will deal 40% more damage. This is why crit chance is so important. Killer will drastically increase your crit damage by 70% whenever you kill an enemy with a critical hit. With 47 rounds in your magazine, boomerang will merge with killer to provide you with high impact shots with over 200% crit hit damage. With that being said, you have to make sure your accurate with these shots, otherwise your missing out on plenty of opportunities for sustained DPS. What if I told you the best bleed DPS build in the game is now stronger thanks to the new Tinkerer Exotic Mask. There’s a lot of debate going on about whether or not the Tinkerer is actually best in slot mask for DPS builds. I can understand why some agents would prefer exotic weapons over high end for builds like Striker for example but for bleed focused builds where Sadist is usually the best talent for amplified damage, we are now able to amplify our damage against bleeding enemies even further which will drastically boost your DPS on what is already one of the best DPS builds in the game for solo and team play. The tinkerer mask rolls with a weapon damage core, crits and has the abridged talent which applies your secondary weapon talent to your primary, allowing you to leverage 2 weapon talents at the same time. The 2 talents I’m referring to is Sadist and Pressure Point. Sadist amplifies your damage by 30% against bleeding enemies. Pressure Point is another talent that was introduced into the game several updates ago that amplifies your damage by 15% against status affected enemies. Now that the Tinkerer Exotic mask is available to us, we are able to combine Sadist and Pressure Point, which is going to give you 45% amplified damage to bleeding enemies. For every 8 bullets in your magazine, you’ll gain 3% weapon damage and 3% rate of fire for 9 seconds whenever you reload from empty. The maximum number of bullets you can have in your famas is 50 which means you’ll stack 18% weapon damage and 18% rate of fire for 9 seconds. But what if I told you could make this weapon even stronger by implementing the 3 pc brazos brand set bonus which extends your magazine size by 50% allowing you to reach 75 rounds in your Famas per magazine. This changes things completely. It will add more sustained DPS to your build which is perfect since you will also be using strikers gamble to increase your damage when you hit enemies and once you reload from empty, you’ll stack nearly 28% weapon damage and 28% rate of fire for 9 seconds with perfect frenzy.The key to making this build work to is always ensure you are emptying your magazine completely before reloading otherwise you will never activate perfect frenzy. Use all 75 rounds in your magazine in increase your strikers gamble stacks and then reload for a massive damage and rate of fire buff for 9 seconds each time. To obtain the huntsman assault rifle, you will need to collect all 8 hunter masks from the Battle for Brooklyn DLC which will also reward you with 8 keys that are required to open the weapon chest at the base of operations in Brooklyn. #division2 #thedivision #battleforbrooklyn #tomclancy #tomclancysthedivision2

I made some tweaks to my passive skill tree and I’m very impressed with the outcome. The playstyle is very simple. You’ll boost your Ice Strike by consuming power charges from combat frenzy to infuse your quarterstaff with lightning. Thanks to the gear modifiers and passives, I’m able to achieve nearly 50% critical hit chance and almost 500% crit hit damage with Ice Strike which has increased TTK drastically compared to my previous build.In most cases, you won’t even need tempest bell to kill rare enemies. It will obviously kill bosses faster but for mapping your DPS will be so high to the point where you can hold ice strike and just delete everything. What’s important though is you really need to make sure you have enough cold damage on your build. If you have a hard time freezing enemies you may need to purchase better gear with more cold damage modifiers. The goal is to shock and freeze enemies so herald of thunder and herald of ice are active at all times without the Polcirkeln Unique Ring. Aside from this builds boss destroying capabilities, it’s also incredible for mapping. When you hit enemies with lightning arrow, several things are going to happen. Lightning beams will chain to other enemies nearby allowing you to shock multiple targets at once, herald of thunder will shoot lightning bolts from the sky when shocked enemies are killed and because herald of thunder is infused with cold support gems like ice bite, cold infusion and glaciation, enemies hit by your lightning bolts will freeze and shatter right before your eyes. The channel has been growing very fast and I’m very grateful for that. This build makes map clearing incredibly fast thanks to the synergy between herald of ice and herald of thunder. It all begins with Ice Strike, your main damage dealing skill and the main contributor for instantly freezing enemies. Ice Strike is one of the best skills for the monk because it causes you to dash towards enemies you are targeting allowing you to chain attacks with ease. The more attack speed you stack on your build, the deadlier Ice Strike will be. Just be warned, the higher your attack speed is the more mana you will consume so make sure you have a sufficient mana regen rate on your build and responsible mana control when clearing maps. You can also Juice up your ice strike attacks with the charged staff skill which infuses your staff with lightning, amplifying its damage and unlocking the ability for you to shoot lightning projectiles. With high freeze buildup, you’ll be able to instantly freeze enemies causing them to shatter and deal AOE damage thanks to herald of ice.This God tier Monk build would not be complete without one of the best in slot uniques for the monk which is the Polcirkeln ring. AKA the Arctic Circle Ring which causes enemies chilled by your attacks to be shattered as though frozen. This ring eliminates the need for shattered palm and will allow you to shatter mobs instantly on and off screen in most cases which is insane. Herald of ice and herald of thunder also work off of each other to help you shock and freeze enemies simultaneously which can be easily done by swapping the support gems for both skills allowing herald of ice to boost your shock potential and herald of thunder to boost your freeze buildup. I have 2 early game versions of this build already on the channel so if want to know how to progress to this endgame lightning build, I would watch those videos first since they’ll make you very powerful for Acts 1 –3. For this endgame version, lightning still plays an important role but in order to maximize the damage and AOE potential of this build, you’ll be adding some ice skills as well. When you complete Act 3 and enter the NG+ cruel difficulty, the enemies become way stronger and rare enemies may have more resistances to elements such as lightning, ice or fire. This is why it's really in your best interest to include ice into this lightning build just so you’re not limited in those engagements. The good news is, lightning and ice is a very powerful combo which will allow you to debuff enemies, freeze them instantly and cause massive explosions that will shatter all frozen enemies around you causing a chain reaction. For endgame, attack speed and mob control is crucial. The more time mobs have to shoot you with projectiles or attack you with different elements, the less likely you are to survive.This build has high damage, incredible mob control capabilities and capped resistances for lightning, ice and fire which will increase your survivability drastically. Going into endgame without any protection is a recipe for disaster. If you selected the Monk as your first class and you want to feel incredibly powerful in the early game, this is the perfect video for you! Killing Palm can be considered a mobility skill since it allows you to dash towards enemies and close gaps and it's also an unarmed attack that grants a Power Charge if you kill an enemy with it. Whenever an enemy has a blue mark above them, that enemy can be instantly killed with a Killing Palm to receive a Power Charge. Falling Thunder creates a small AOE attack in front of your character which is capable of hitting multiple targets at once. Every time you kill an enemy with Killing Palm, you’ll stack up to 3 power charges which can then be consumed by Falling Thunder to increase the damage, range and AOE of the spell. So basically, whenever you’re clearing mobs, your main priority should be to always have power charges active before casting Falling Thunder. They’re very easy to stack and with the right gems you can maximize the potential of Falling Thunder by unlocking extra perks like a small chance to not even consume power charges when casting Falling Thunder or even the ability to stack multiple charges with a single strike. These 2 skills synergize incredibly well with each other and will play a big role when clearing mobs. The only downside to this skill combo is the fact that it’s not very useful during boss fights unless the boss is occasionally throwing mobs at you to help you stack those energy charges. In 1 on 1 situations though, you won’t have any way to stack energy charges so in these instances, its best to focus on your other skill combo, Tempest Bell and Tempest Fury. Tempest Bell is one of the BEST skills for the Monk. This skill places a giant resonating bell on the ground that deals AOE damage to all enemies around it when hit. The bell can be hit with your staff and it can also be hit with your elemental abilities from range which will cause the elemental effects to spread around the area and CC enemies in the process. The Tempest Bell is also really good for stunning bosses and the easiest way to stun bosses quickly and spread lightning at the same time is to pair Tempest Bell with Tempest Fury. This skill duo is very deadly and extremely effective against mobs and bosses making it your most versatile skill combo. Tempest Fury lets you execute a series of aggressive lightning infused strikes allowing you to call down a powerful shocking bolt at the end of the combo. In order to put a Tempest Bell on the ground, you have to strike an enemy 4 times. Tempest Fury will allow you to execute those strikes very quickly which means your Tempest Bell will constantly be available. The Tempest Fury strikes will also spread AOE damage fast since you’ll be striking the bell quickly while also spreading lightning which debuffs enemies, causing them to take 20% increased damage. #pathofexile2 #pathofexile #arpg #buildguide #monk #ggg #diablo4

This build was crafted after about 200 hours of in game time as a F2P player and I am very satisfied with the final version. Each weapon and piece of gear on this build can be easily obtained as a solo player just by playing the game which includes Completing weekly missions, resistance contracts, Co-Op dungeons and selling extracts or items in the auction house for lucent. The Assassin build is primarily designed for solo PvP since its core focus relies on sneaking up on enemy players and vanishing in thin air whenever you need to reposition, heal up or set up another attack. I will say though it also preforms really well in small scale PVP where you have teammates to pull aggro and distract enemy players giving you more opportunities for sneak attacks. This build deals very high damage and is extremely lethal against players with lower HP thanks to the high burst damage and ability to CC players by binding them to the ground, giving you small windows of time to deal massive amounts of damage. If you play this build correctly, you’ll be able to control any fight and expose enemy weaknesses easily. What’s nice is, this PVP build has a straightforward playstyle that's perfect for newer players and easy to use once you master the rotations. In my left hand a have a fully upgraded carian regal sceptar. This staff is obtained from renalla the moon queen after trading in her remembrance. This staff has the highest intelligence scaling giving the most amount of damage possible for your spells. For spells, all you need is greatblade phalanx and the night comet. Great blade phalanx is an extra line of defense that deals stance damage to your enemies and slightly increases the window of time for you execute the carian sovereignty weapon skill. Night comet adds a ranged attack to your build making it easier for you to eliminate flying enemies or enemies you don’t want to be near when attacking. The spell itself is also invisible to enemies removing the ability for them to dodge it and anticipate an attack. The first talisman on this build is the shard of alexander. This talisman increases the damage on your weapon skill by 15%. The dragon crest great shield talisman is essential for this build since it enormously boosts damage negation giving you way more time to fully charge your weapon skill. The magic scorpion charm increases all magic damage by 12% applying to both your weapon skill and spells. Godfreys icon is the last talisman on this build and is a perfect choice to help you enhance the damage of your weapon skill even further. Godfreys icon increases the damage of carian sovereignty by 15%, stacking on top of the shard alexander, buffing the damage of your weapon skill by 30%.For my wondrous physick mix i have the magic shrouding cracked tear which boosts magic damage by 20% and the opaline hardtear which provides 15% extra defense helping you cast carian sovereignty with more confidence thanks to the extra survivability. In addition to the incredibly high damage potential with these builds, each skill and spell feels unique and extremely satisying to use. Today I'm going to show you how to make the BEST Lightning Faith build in Elden Ring.The first weapon you'll be using on this build is the Bolt of Gransax. The strongest lightning weapon in the entire game. The Ancient Lightning Spear weapon skill deals very high damage, can be charged and will knock down even the strongest enemies in the game. For melee purposes, you'll be using the Death Knight's Twin Axes. This weapon has high physical attack power, deals lightning damage and has one of the coolest weapon skills in the entire game called Blinkbolt which turns you into a bolt of lightning allowing you to unleash a powerful lightning charged spinning attack. I'm using 6 incantations on this build. Golden vow increases your offense by 15% and defense by 10%. Flame grant me strength increases your damage even further by 20% stacking with Golden vow and the Blessing of the Erdtree spell provides a buff to your character that heals you overtime for 90 seconds. The first lightning incantation Im using is the ancient dragons lightning strike which summons a red bolt of lightning that scatters and spreads around the surrounding area destroying anything in its path. Next, the knights lightning spear which isn't nearly as powerful as the ancient lightning spear but it still great to have since you can cast it while riding your horse. The last incantation is Lanseax's Glaive. This incantation provides some great AOE damage to help you clear out mobs and kill mutiple enemies at once since it creates a large red lightning glaive that sweeps the area and unleashes trails of lightning.The two headed turtle talisman greatly raises stamina recovery speed which is essential for attacking, dodging and casting spells in quick succession. The shard of Alexander boosts the damage of weapon skills adding a 15% damage buff to ancient lighting spear and blinkbolt. To increase lightning attack damage even further, you'll also being using the lightning scorpion charm which adds roughly 12% extra lightning attack power to your spells and skills and lastly, Godfrey Icon which enhances charged spells and skill providing 15% extra damage to the ancient lighting spear skill on the Bolt of Gransax which stacks with the shard of alexander.For the wondrous physick mix you'll be using the Lightning shrouding cracked tear which boosts lightning damage by 20% for 3 minutes and the spiked cracked tear which increases the damage of your charged attacks by 15% stacking with godfreys icon.#eldenring #shadowoftheerdtree #rpg #fromsoftware #soulslike
