Done late at night after Tooie stuff when I just wanted to do ONE K Rool for fun (to see whether I lost my touch at the boss fight). Turns out that I hadn't...

Lost 1s in Tiny Phase due to missing the 3rd barrel and having to backflip in, lost some time in Chunky Phase due to imperfect movement. Diddy Phase was better, still could save another 0.5-1s with an amazing Diddy Phase with no fast lights.
I can see this reasonably going to a 12:10, maybe a 12:09 (just!) without any fast lights in Diddy Phase. 12:06/07 if you get 1 fast light. 12:03/04 if you get 2. But be prepared to put in several hours a day of K Rool grinding time.
