Anyway, thank you for voting and for your support! Remember, there are big plans to be UNLEASHED in the future! Eh? ...I'll pack my things.

This is an experimental expansion of Unleashed Project in demo form -- a single stage from Sonic Unleashed's DLC missions brought to life in the Sonic Generations engine. This allows for the same improvements brought about by Unleashed Project and more: Improved framerate, improved resolutions, and improved controls. It also contains many other improvements specifically implemented by Unleashed Project: HD retextures by Sonic Retro user Lobotomy, a fun and challenging S-Rank time, and various layout revisions.
Be sure to leave feedback, bug reports, and other lovely things in the comments. I'm personally only aware of a few quirks in this release, but remember that good reception will lead to a full expansion of this concept!
For those of you who are curious as to how this came about...
I approached Dario a few weeks ago with much curiosity regarding his plans for any future Unleashed Project-related content. He told me he didn't have a large personal interest in working on Unleashed's extra levels, but maintained an interest in seeing such an idea done. From there, he was willing to get me up to speed with the porting process and how everything is basically built, and from there I've been working on various levels and learning the inner workings of both Unleashed's development and Unleashed Project's. That said, I hope you enjoy this demo!

Here at the Unleashed Team Headquarters (or UTH for short), we're constantly looking for ways to to improve your Unleashed Project experience. These last few years we've been running polls and focus tests to figure out what would capture the Ultimate Unleashed Experience™ (or UUE™). After all that hard work, we had a collective epiphany (yes, those are possible): FOVs. We had foolishly neglected the FOVs in the mod's original release, and the UUE™ suffered because of it. As we all know, the FOVs were the best and most tolerable gameplay feature of Sonic Unleashed™. When the fish-eye lense was tight, so were Sonic fans' collective pants (girls don't play Sonic obviously). It enhanced gameplay by making things really easy to see and avoid. With that in mind, we've imported the FOVs from Unleashed and at the same time taken them to the next level. We hope you enjoy our new version of the game and your suddenly-uncomfortable lower attire.
NOTE: We've also enhanced the HUD, physics, and voice of Sonic for the UUE™. The other most wonderfully enjoyable aspect of Sonic Unleashed™ is obviously Jason Griffith's in-stage delivery. I don't think I've experienced a more ear-pleasing and non-grating voice direction.
The video pretty much says it all, but I've made a Patreon mainly for people who wanted to support my musical creations. If you can pledge even $1, it would be a huge help. Since I can't really record Generations in a consistent 60fps framerate, I thought I'd give Bayonetta 2 a go for my test instead. Even though I have the full game, I chose the demo for this since it's a nice short segment; perfect for testing.
And yeah, I'm not great at it. Don't judge. T_TsightseeingS0LV02014-10-18 | Stage coming soon. From about a year ago, this remix came about from my idea to cut off the opening drum loop of Act 3's mix and came to life as I was playing around with it. It appeared on TSSMA12 and is still something I'm still pretty happy with. It's funny how far I came in some ways and yet I still managed to hit some bullseyes early on. Either way, I hope it's enjoyed.Windmill Isle Day (CLASSIC) S0LV0 RMXS0LV02014-03-14 | TRACK DOWNLOAD: soundcloud.com/s0lv0/windmill-isle-classic DOWNLOAD MIRROR: app.box.com/s/fxbss524uy87l29htuod
This arrangement of Windmill Isle Day was heavily inspired by Hideki Naganuma's style of mixing, specifically his track Boarder 70 from which the main guitar sample was taken. It was also influenced by DJ EAR's own Windmill Isle mix, taking elements of melody and the concept of using Boarder 70's sample in the first place. In contrast to Rooftop Run Classic's slower chiptune-based style, I opted for a fast-paced DnB and breakbeat feel for this blast to the not-so-distant past.
While we're talking Naganuma, you might catch a few Sonic Rush samples sneaking into the arrangement~_^
I've considered doing an extended or revised version of this remix from time to time, always felt it was a bit on the short side. Who knows, maybe it'll happen soon!
A special request White Space from Paraxade0 as part of his Wave Ocean mod for Sonic Generations. In hindsight there are parts I believe I could've done better, but it's still an overall enjoyable arrangement.
