Seven different deputies followed me around for almost five hours. The town administrator and her coworker also followed me around almost the entire time. I was told by the probate clerk that a probate court hearing was being held at 1:30. The judge said he instructed his clerk to lie about the hearing and that there never was a hearing that day. Judge John Rollins tried to kill me! L Jaws 2024-05-10 | On 10/20/2022 I was picketing in the back of my truck located in a public parking spot in downtown Greer SC. The sign read, “John M Rollins is a THUG who doesn’t know the law STATE vs. Hanapole.” John Rollins walked up to me and said, “you stay put I have some people who want to talk to you.” He called 911 in front of me and said on the recorded call, “I’m going to invoke the castle doctrine and drop this son of a bitch in the yard.” Not wanting any confrontation and after hearing the threat to kill me I tried to exit my truck bed the furthest away from John as possible. As I placed my foot on my tire to step out of the bed John ran around and grabbed me by my belt and tried to pitch me to the ground. I pulled away and got back into the bed of my truck. He then pulled a pistol from his pocket, pointed it at me and said, “get on your fucking knees.” I did as requested he then reached out and pulled my arm bending me over the tailgate. He then placed the pistol to my temple with his finger on the trigger and repeatedly said, “if you move I’ll blow your fucking brains out.” An independent witnesses on the sidewalk saw the unprovoked attack and tried to get John to stop but he refused. The police eventually arrived and after three hours of talking to multiple witnesses and collecting videos they declared I was the victim and John Rollins was the suspect. They seized his pistol. John Rollins bodycam recorded statement to the police was that I wasn’t doing anything illegal and admitted I never threatened him. John Rollins is a municipal court judge. Of course after the detective brought the evidence to the prosecutor (who John Rollins claimed on bodycam is his friend) they decided that there wasn’t enough evidence to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.Contact info John M. He also told me that he knew the SCSO officer Keri Bennefield and that she was in a relationship with the person she was visiting in Tryon, North Carolina.
