petriludeA gaff is something that holds your man business in place while tucked in drag. This method uses a tube sock and the waistband from an old pair of tights or pantyhose. You can also use a tight speedo, a dancers belt, or an actual pre-made gaff (pretty much a really tight thong). I've watched many drag queens do what I show you in this video in dressing rooms before a show, and have also seen peope use a gaff made of 2 pieces of elastic sewed to a square piece of fabric. It looks exactly the same as how the gaff looks in this video just without the elastic trough a loop of sorts. If all else fails, you can always stick to Gorilla Duct Tape!

You can do this with ANY brow pencil, and any powders!! I mention this in the video but I'll say it again just for the hell of it- Since I do drag and wear different colored wigs I like the palette since it has a wide range of colors to match any hair color. One palette = less containers to pack. You can get the palette I use here: http://www.anastasia.net/Brow-Pro-Palette.html
Let's try to keep the area I'm working on in frame next time... Yeaaah!! Rusty! Rusty! Rusty!Quick Tip: Custom Colored Hair Pinspetrilude2013-09-10 | This tip is so quick I didn't even draw on eyebrows! Thanks to my sister from another fister, Porcelain for this tip!! This is great for all of you with hair that isn't a "natural" color whether it be blue, red, orange, yellow, etc.!!
I shouldn't have to tell you I got these lashes for free..... I mean, yeah, it's pretty obvious I did. hahahaA Semi Current Transformation!petrilude2012-11-05 | I recorded this video a few months ago, and just remembered I had it on my camcorder. I decided to speed it up and give you a little (semi current) time lapse video. I do a lot of things different now than when I recorded this video, so I'll probably record another one at some point to show to changes/differences.

P.s. My birthday isn't until the 20th.Snack Time!petrilude2012-01-04 | This video makes no sense, it was filmed on halloweekend and never uploaded. So I thought I would upload it now. Why? Just because it's gross, and I like it. :)
I originally recorded the tutorial for this in 2010. For Halloween 2011 I redid it but as you can see, I did what I tell all of you to do all of the time, I made it my own (again). I took the original idea, and changed it to better fit my own wants/needs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=op_SVJHpmxI
P.S. I asked people on facebook what they want to see new video wise. Got a lot of ideas. I will be posting some of them soon. Really.Boobs For Queenspetrilude2011-11-11 | These are a great product for drag queens, those who dress, and even women who have had a double mastectomy to create a realistic looking chest.
The pair I show in this video is size small which should fit like a C cup, but are more like a DD on my body, in the color suntan which retail for $625.
I have a 34" chest, and usually wear a B (sometimes C) cup when in drag, with a medium-dark skin tone (MAC NC45), I would need a pair size extra small, and in the color caramel for them to fit/look better.
Here's my costume idea... If you're a male, hold a potato by your crotch and go as a Dictator. :) Have fun!!!Boom Goes The Zombiemitepetrilude2011-10-31 | The skinniest boomer there is. Some of the edges could have been blended out better (the pieces by my mouth) BUT I'm still happy with how this turned out.
Walking out the door right now but I'll type up a blog post when I get home.
Just used Ben Nye nose & scar wax, foundation (Dermablend), a powder, eye shadow (which you don't even have to use), and Mehron's coagulated and stage bloods.
Since I do a tutorial on the look but toned down I figured I didn't need to to another tutorial for it since almost all of the colors are exactly the same. The only differences are this one is more dramatic, I use a different foundation/powder, and I swapped out the Illamasqua liner in Glister for a white pencil by Lancome because I'm all out of Glister (use what you have!!).
I will say this, I'm rusty! I forgot to press record a few times and had to go back and redo stuff. Other times I forgot I was recording (even though I was talking) and ended up doing the work out of frame. Apologies, but meh, most of the stuff you can't see isn't super important and is hella basic so you don't need to see it anyway!
It's a full lace human hair wig that was originally a brown color that I didn't like so I bleached it, & then colored it blue. yes BLUE. Sometime camera's distort colors, in his case it did. I'm not going to argue over the color of the wig, since I see it and wear it all the time, I know it's blue.

YouTube made it so only 1 of the songs (Rihanna) was recognized. Doing so made it so the video wasn't viewable in on mobile devices, or in Germany due to copyright. Hella lame!! This time around everyone can watch it.
-I'm going to be doing another drag series soon. So to get ready for that, I made this video. No talking, no tutorial, just getting ready to go out in drag for the night. :) Start to finish (including a shower, styling hair, and getting dressed) took me 2 hours.
The blue wig is from this website: http://www.bestremywigs.com . It's a full lace human hair wig that was originally brown so I bleached it, & then colored it blue myself.

You can use a bobby pin, and hair pin, a chopstick, pen, pencil, whatever you can find. I've used straws from a bar before, and they worked perfectly fine. Just make sure they're sturdy enough!!
The wig is from http://www.bestremywigs.com , it's a full lace wig that was originally brown. I bleached it and then colored it the mermaid-E color you see in the video. I used Pravana Chrome Silk Vivids hair color (Green & Blue) to do so.

Yes, I have seen people use nail glue for false lashes and cringed when I saw them do it. If you're one of them...
The idea for the mirror brows I actually got from seeing photos from a shoot where Lottie Stannard did the makeup. She used mirror shards for brows so I wanted to give it a try.

Since most of my ideas for a zombie include latex pieces, and skin falling off, blah blah etc. etc., I thought I would give it a shot and do one that didn't involve any of that.
