Just because something is good for you doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

I used to force myself to do things just because they were “healthy,” “productive,” or “growth-oriented”—even if I hated them.

Eventually I realize that I was building a life that looked good from the outside but didn’t actually feel like mine.

So if you’ve been feeling guilty about not jumping in cold plunges or running marathons or having the perfect morning routine, this is your permission slip to opt out.

Not because you’re lazy, and not because you aren’t disciplined, but because you’re ready to build a life that’s *yours* instead of feeling like a performance.
