Turn the steering so the wheel turns all the way to the outside and remove all the visible 10mm screws2. Remove the visible bolts and clips inside the wheel arch liner3. Remove the two big bolts on the underside4. The wheel arch liner is now loose and can now be pulled forward5. The fog light can be reached and replaced (remove plug first)6.
