It is critical that we jig grind the second ear square, parallel, and most importantly in line with the first ear. In addition we must hold the size of the hole within .0002. The required tolerance here is plus or minus .0001, so cleanliness, as they say is close to Godliness, which will help us to achieve that kind of tolerance.
