WEAPON UPDATES
You will no longer enter the “walking accuracy” state when transitioning from run to stop.
We noticed many players were entering a walking accuracy state during their run-to-stop transition that made it appear as if shots they fired/landed were done at full speed.
Deadzone accuracy speed threshold increased: 25% to 30%.
Now that you can’t gain walk accuracy while transitioning from a run to a stop, we've also slightly increased the size of the deadzone (full accuracy state) to make it a bit easier to get an accurate shot out quickly.

ALL RIFLES
Recovery times on all Rifles have been updated, which should make tap and burst firing more efficient. Inaccuracy is accrued any time the weapon is re-fired prior to a complete duration of a weapon’s respective Gun Recovery Time.
Base walk accuracy: 0.6° to 0.8°.
We felt like walk-spraying with rifles was a little more effective than we'd like, particularly at longer ranges. We're going to pull back on this accuracy slightly and continue to monitor.

Machine Guns are significantly underperforming other weapons at their price points. Machine Guns are meant to be bullet hoses—powerful once they get going. This is a difficult balance to strike in a game where a single bullet from the Vandal will put you down. Our hope here is to make Machine Guns better at what they do (shoot lots and lots of bullets) while also increasing the power of the Ares relative to weapons at a similar price point.

AGENT UPDATES

SAGE
Slow Orb zone duration decreased from 9 seconds to 7 seconds.
Slow Orb slowing amount decreased from 65% to 50%.
We all know Sage is OP. We’ve decided to try to reduce some of her stopping power while still allowing her to fulfill her role as the premier staller in VALORANT. These changes aim to reduce the overall efficacy of her Slow Orb, especially if they are chained back-to-back.

Cypher

Cyber Cage no longer slows enemies that move through it.
We’ve always envisioned Cypher as a premier sentinel gathering info on his enemies and picking them off, but the slow on the cage was allowing him to move into Sage’s territory by stalling an entire enemy team. We still think this will be a tool he uses to buy some time, but enemies will now have more options when pushing his defensenes, especially when coordinated.
Spycam cooldown when destroyed increased 30 to 45 seconds
Spycams have been flying into enemy territory like Sova darts at the start of rounds because the punishment for losing one to an enemy is so low. Hopefully this change pushes you to find a safe hiding place for your initial camera (please not inside a box).

OMEN
Dark Cover smoke duration increased 12 to 15 seconds.
Dark Cover smoke projectile speed increased.
Dark Cover cooldown increased 30 to 35 seconds.
Especially at high-tier play, we’ve seen Brimstone become the dominant controller and we wanted to give his peers a boost to make them more viable while hopefully maintaining their unique playstyles.

VIPER
Snake Bite radius increased 350 to 450.
We’re increasing Snake Bite’s radius to match other area denial abilities.

BRIMSTONE/PHOENIX/VIPER
Height required to jump out of all damaging area denial abilities 80 to 120
Snake Bite, Fireball, and Incendiary damage tick speed increased (total damage per second unchanged).

AGENT ABILITY CREDIT COST TUNING
We felt the credit cost of some abilities did not match the impact those abilities brought to a match, and made adjustments for a more accurate reflection.
Sage Barrier Orb increased from 300 to 400 credits.
Raze Blast Pack increased from 100 to 200 credits.
Phoenix Curveball increased from 100 to 200 credits.
Brimstone’s Incendiary increased from 200 to 300 credits.
Jett’s Updraft reduced from 200 to 100 credits.

AGENT ARMOR
Armor carried over from prior rounds is no longer destroyed when new armor is purchased, allowing you to sell newly purchased armor and return to your previous armor status (instead of having no armor).

MAX CREDIT CAP
Total credit cap is is reduced from 12,000 to 9,000.

Many time it looks like you are being shot while running, without any counter-strafing. Same goes for running headshots that kill you immediately. In this video we will be checking out what the devs say about running accuracy and shift-walking accuracy and how different weapons have different ranges they should be useful in.

OMEN & SAGE CHANGES - Valorant Update 0.49 (Closed Beta)

Omen
Omen now immediately becomes vulnerable and no longer appears dark after he leaves his alternate shadow form.
If you were to find enemy Omen teleporting in, it was often confusing when you should shoot him to get the kill (vs. sending him back). This change is to both account for an invulnerability bug and score some extra points of clarity.
The attenuation radius of the arrival sound on Omen's From the Shadows has been reduced to 2250
Attenuation is a big word, but the short of it is you have to be closer to Omen to echolocate where he’s teleporting to. We’re trying to give him some spook back since if you do find him, you should now have him dead to rights.

Sage
Barrier Orb will only spawn a chunk of the barrier if it is supported by the ground, this means it will sometimes only spawn 2 barrier chunks
Barrier Orb can no longer be placed on "small" pieces of geometry, it must be placed on the ground or on top of boxes.
We love supporting boost gameplay, especially when multiple characters combine their abilities (looking at you Jett and Omen). However, we felt with the current placement requirements, characters were able to boost to too many unintended spots. With this change, players can still boost into some unexpected positions, but they hopefully won't be 30 feet in the sky and floating in the middle of the site to look through a tiny pinhole in the map.

MAP UPDATES
Added curtains to the top of double doors on Haven to remove the Sage Barrier Orb boost that allowed players to see through a sliver of the door at the top.
Fixed issue with Cypher camera being placed on the Haven A Main boxes.
Multiple fixes to the geometry on Haven, Bind, and Split to fix exploits and help optimize gameplay—massive thanks to all of the folks who helped to identify these! We see you
Updated materials on Bind and Haven to make surfaces more consistent overall
Changed color of Radianite crates in order to unify overall visuals.

COMPETITIVE UPDATES
Added Competitive mode and ranked matchmaking, to go live in the near future.

OBSERVER MODE
Added “Ghost cheat” as an option to custom games with cheats enabled, allowing you to fly around the map in no-clip mode.
Ability HUD no longer displays when entering drone camera as an observer
Exiting drone camera will now swap back to the most recently viewed player if they’re still a valid view target.
Swapping through players to view will now iterate through an entire team before going to players on the other team.

GAMEPLAY AND BALANCE

Melee Damage
Melee attacks now inflict double the damage per hit to destructibles, including Sage’s Barrier and Haven’s metal double doors.

Raze
Reduced Paint Shells from 2 to 1.
Paint Shells now have a kill reset, requiring players to get 2 kills to refresh cooldown.
Tuned and adjusted audio for Paint Shells, Blast Pack, and Showstopper so that they’ll be easier to hear in hectic scenarios.

Sage
Slow Orb now also slows the air speed of players in the zone.
Players can now walk through the Slow Orb without making noise.

Map Updates
Several exploits fixed on Bind, Haven, and Split.
Split: Orb moved from B Mid to B Main.

Quality of Life
Reduced outbound network traffic from client for players running at high frames-per-second
Some ISPs and network setups were throttling game traffic, impacting gameplay by causing large spikes in network latency as FPS increased.
No impact to gameplay / responsiveness.

Bug Fixes
Fixed a rare server crash caused by packets occasionally being corrupted by some players’ networks.
Cypher’s Spycam can no longer use weapons.
Fixed a bug where footstep audible range would sometimes not appear on the minimap.

MASTER SPRAY CONTROL - Valorant Recoil Tip

luckySkillFaker 2020-04-15 | Today we will talk about how to master your Recoil Control in Valorant. Improving your ability to learn is important for mastering your spray control. In this video I will give you a tip that will help you to realize when you have to compensate horizontally.

Seeing as the first 10 shots go up at an slight angle you for the most part only have to aim pull down your cross-hair. However the next 10 bullets go to the left and then to the right.
The view model of the gun-model mimics the movement of the spray pattern that you have to compensate.

By using the visual indication it will be easier to see when you have to compensate for your recoil by using your peripheral vision.

JETT ABILITY ANALYSIS - VALORANT Agent Reveal

luckySkillFaker 2020-04-03 | Today we will be taking a look at Riot Games new 5v5 competitive shooter and the recently released Champion Jett from Korea. We are going over all her abilities in this gameplay sample.

This includes
Signature Ability
Tailwind: Dashing a short distance in movement direction.

Special Ability 1
UPDRAFT: Vertical boostjump up in the air.

Special Ability 2
Cloudburst: Throwing a Wind-Orb that blocks vision for a couple of seconds.

Ultimate Ability
Bladestom: Launch Daggers at foes, doing damage and killing with a single headshot . When getting a kill the dagger will be restored.

ARE 3 OBJECTIVES TOO MUCH? Valorant Map Analysis (Project A)

luckySkillFaker 2020-03-07 | Today we will be taking a look at Riot Games new 5v5 competitive shooter.
Our topic of discussion will be if 3 bombsites or 3 objectives in other words are too much for a 5v5 competitive fps. By taking a look at the structure of the map as well as the pathways to the objectives we will make a comparison to the popular CS:GO maps Mirage, Dust 2 and Cache.

The Aim of this video is to show by comparing those maps, that the actual gameplay might be faster , however not due to faster rushing, but fast rotations and re-taking of sites.

The plans for my YouTube channel this year are to get it back on track! My primary game will be League of Legends and my secondary game will be super smash bros ultimate.

Noob to Pro Comeback over - New Videos

Now due to feedback from you guys in addition to that, I came to the conlcusion that Noob to Pro Tips would be a better series to continue, since many of you want tuorials for csgo to get better at it.
The NTPC Episode were crammed so I hope that splitting it into a MM and a guide video should make things easier and more enjoyable to watch.

Demo Reviews have been highly requested - which is something I could do as well - alternating between matchmaking gameplay and demo reviews

BLACKOUT - Will you like it? | Cod Black Ops 4

luckySkillFaker 2018-10-19 | So today I will talk about the Blackout Mode from Call of Duty Black Ops 4 on PC.
I love the gameplay and even though cod is not known for realism you still get more of a fast-paced PUBG type gameplay instead of a slow walking simulator. So even though the game mechanics are closer to pubg due to attachments and actual Projectiles from your gun, it feel rather fast like fortnite in comparison.

THEY INNOVATED COD - Black Ops 4 DMR PC Gameplay

luckySkillFaker 2018-10-12 | So today I will give my first Impressions of the Multiplayer Mode in the new Call of Duty Black Ops 4 and how I like the new changes they made to the game to make it better.
I'm using a DMR to snipe in this Videi probably because I still got the CS:GO Vibes going!

I really like the new healing and how there is the "pick" system again and I also think that the blackout mode can be very promising.

I diidn feel any lag and the game as well as the connection definitely felt solid to me!

BFV ALPHA - What changed | Battlefield 5 Sniper Gameplay

The new TTK is in BFV is pretty good and makes the game more enjoyable and adds more viable shooting oiptions instead of spray and pray. The performace isn't as good for me as last time and some server have more issues it seems.

BF5 SNIPING CONCERNS | Lebel Model 1886 Sniper - BF1 Scout Gameplay

Due to the Damage Model without the sweet spot mechanic, we should expect more skillfull play again with people aiming for the head instead of bodyshots. However the new health regeneration system might still allow you to just simply gor for bodyshots.

Battlefield V Battle Royale should be great

luckySkillFaker 2018-06-22 | Today we talk about Battlefield 5 and its Battle Royale Game Mode or even a possible Battlefield Battle Royale Offspring from that.
Battlefield V should be great for Battle Royale given it already implements similar features into its core gameplay such as everyone can revive others and few ammo to use.
Also the Forstbite used with BFV will offer stable and consistent gameplay - as we have with 64 players and 60hz tickrate.
The Gunplay of BF5 also is more challenging than say fornite for example - the onyl problem will be fighting the free to play games.

BATTLEFIELD 1 - Almost 2 Years later | Scout Rush Gameplay

luckySkillFaker 2018-06-21 | Today I play Battlefield 1 for the first time in almsot 2 years since the open beta when i last tried it. Back then BF1 had some features such as suppression and the sweet spot meachanic, which really put me off the game.
Having tried it more and having played more BF3 again lately as well - I gotta say - I actually like the game.
I'm still not a fan of some features, but the game is fun and I'm excited for BFV!

luckySkillFaker 2018-05-24 | Today I'm talking about the complaints of the some peopel about the BFV Reveal Trailer. Battlefield is very arcad-ey. You don't simple have 3 people on a horse with flamethrowers or switch seat with another jet pilot which you sniped mid-air and you also can't change the reality with the suppression mechanic as you can in Battlefield.

Besides the fact that women did fight in WW2 (even if not the main majority) it doesn't change anything for this VIDEO GAME...

there is no "respect to be paid" in a fun game - it is not a mil-sim documentary.

BATTLEFIELD V REVEAL - First Impressions by luckySkillFaker

luckySkillFaker 2018-05-23 | Today I'm sharing my First Impressions and thoughts on the new Battlefield V according to the Reveal Event. I'm certainly interested in the game and hope to see more about the gameplay and actual balance in 2 weeks.

Customization seems interesting judging you can play as a crazy hook lady or a viking. I realy like the camo on the Sniper Rifle though.

Seasons or War Tide or whatever they call it instead of Premium seems like a good concept.

Not sure about the slide to prone ability.

Fortifications doesn't only sound like Fortnite, but seems to have many more similarities - but srsly it seems like a good way for BFV to keep the map's balance by restoring parts of it etc.
Just remember some of your old BFBC2 days ;)

Also wondering if there will be a Battle Royale for BFV.
