The solution for this is very simple. Increase the quality of your sleep.
Three things to do:
1. Stretch for 5 to 10 minutes before going to bed every night.
2. Take 50 deep breaths in and out of your mouth while laying on your back immediately after stretching. Do an exhale retention by blowing out all of your air and holding your breath for as long as you can at the end of your breathing. Immediately going to meditation while remaining laying on your back.
3. Lying on your back while in meditation, don't move a single muscle, or open your eyes. Remain this way until you fall asleep.
This method will allow you to rest very deeply, and hope your body fully recover. Your current injuries will start to heal. Your energy levels will increase significantly.
Traditional ways of doing strength training, increases tension in your body, which restricts, energy and blood flow. Even though you are benefiting from becoming stronger, you decrease in circulation and range of motion. In my opinion, it is not worth the sacrifice .
You must learn how to strengthen your body by tensing only what is needed and staying as relax as possible. Have patience. Your body may take some time to adjust to this way of exercise. It’s not about the exercise ultimately. The bigger picture is you are re-programming your body to learn how to relax all the time.
You are reprogramming your body how to constantly be in a state of calm and surrender so this way, whatever emotional triggers happen, you don’t hold onto them and release them immediately.
The fact is if you did these things every day, you would become stronger healthier and you’ll feel more at peace. But the reason why people don’t do these things every day is because of over thinking. Because of procrastination. Because we don’t have time. Because we don’t feel motivated. Because it feels hard to exercise.
This is the old paradigm of exercise and working out. And this is why people are not in the state of mind and health that they could be.
I used to have to choose between strength training or stretching, or meditation. And every time when I choose one thing, I miss out on the other and so my state of mind every day was fluctuating. On days that I did strength training, I felt really strong but my mind was not calm and focused. On the days that I would meditate. I felt very clear mentally but I didn’t have the energy. On the days that I would just focus on stretching I didn’t feel like I was getting a good enough workout and had pent-up energy on the inside.
I think it’s so important that everyone gets in a practice that includes massage, strength training, stretching, breathing and meditation.
If you want to be balanced on the inside, we need to make sure that our workouts are also balanced.
Remember that letting go of tension in your body helps you become more present, hope you let go of negative emotions, improves your entire health and state of being.
So next time when you are trying to let go of tension in one part of your body, but you can't, just practice, relaxing, your hands, and other parts of your body, that you do have controlling and by doing so your whole entire body starts to relax.

Tip: stay as calm and relax and feel your body when you were doing this. If you feel any discomfort or pain, either slow it down, limit your range of motion, or stop it all together. Stay as relaxed as you can, and tense only what is needed .
Warning: for those of you, that experience, dizziness, fainting, vertigo, or any symptoms similar to that it is best to skip this exercise, or do it sitting down in a chair. If you decide to sit in a chair, make sure to take 30 seconds to a minute after you’re done with your exercise to ensure that you are feeling fine before standing up.
What stops people from performing this simple equation is that they believe they need to do a good job at something. They called them selves, perfectionist , or they hold onto this idea of high standards.
Nothing is wrong with doing a good job or something. The problem is people are afraid of doing a bad job so they take less action. They show up less. They don't fully engage with life because they're afraid of what other people think about them.
Well, we are OK we're doing a crappy job, this mentality means that we let go of using the outcome of our action to prove something to our self. We let go of having to upkeep this idea that we are such a good person or that we are so smart. When we let go of this, we'd like all of the internal pressure that was holding us back from fully showing up.

Whenever we are arguing or we get upset because we want to be right we want to be understood we want to be heard. We want someone to agree with us the source of this action is because we have a sense of personal gain. Now this sense of personal gain can only happen because a person doesn’t feel that they themselves are enough just the way they are at this moment so they seek to become more. This seeking to be more is the primary causation for so much of peoples suffering in their life. And the root cause of needing to be more than who you are at this moment, is this belief that you are not enough the way you are right now.
And when we can’t accept who we are right now, we cannot love ourselves truly.
And without self love, we don’t have the capacity to receive love, or to give love no matter how hard you try. All of your love relationships will struggle. The deep connection that you seek with those around you, but always feel like there is a sense of resistance, and that you’re not able to fully get close to someone. To not fully be vulnerable and let someone in. You don’t feel like you can fully express who you are, and show up fully in your life.
Self-love is the foundation for inner peace and centerness. It’s the foundation for our sense of freedom to do what we want in life. It’s time that we take a deeper look at the characteristics of what it really means to love our self so we can change these habits and accomplish this fundamental area of our life which is love via @mikechangofficial
When applied, this mentality helps us move past procrastination caused by perfection and fear of judgment. This mentality supports taking consistent action, because you are already OK with the worst case scenario, therefore, fear does not get in the way of you fully showing up in life via @mikechangofficial

This training system, flow60, incorporates everything that we need to be strong, healthy and balanced on the inside for body, mind and emotions. And the best part about it is this is some thing that fits everyone. You don’t need to be in shape, you don’t need to be strong or flexible to start. All it takes is doing your best and showing up. via @mikechangofficial

If you or someone you know, is struggling with movements, like this, then the best exercises for you to do is simply to repeat, laying down onto the ground and getting back up. if you repeatedly do this exercise, you will get better at it, and this would improve the quality of your life dramatically.
Don’t worry about all the other fancy things that somebody asked you to do and just do the most basic things because these are the basic functional movements that you need to do to increase your quality of life. via @mikechangofficial
These 12 exercises cover the basic functions like pushing, pulling, running, jumping, reaching, kicking, getting up off the ground, and so on.
Practice them every day and you’ll always be able to do them and that will increase your quality of life. via @mikechangofficial
Instead do the opposite. Make exercise feel comfortable and make it easier. Remember that consistency is what creates results. All you have to do is take a little steps forward every day, and soon you’ll be jumping by leaps and bounds. via @mikechangofficial
For the person that’s receiving the massage, a simple way to communicate how you would like it is to say harder or softer. This will allow the person giving the massage to know what type of pressure is needed.
The way to do this is really simple. Just like the way that you tap your whole entire body when you’re doing top massage for yourself, you’ll do this for the other person as well.
Try it out by giving somebody 3 to 5 minutes of tap masaage. via @mikechangofficial
Caution: you could hurt your partner if you step too hard on certain areas.
Please let me know if you are interested in learning this and maybe I can do a longer video explaining more details or even doing a live on instagram via @mikechangofficial
This is done by tapping on the body while simultaneously relaxing.
Make sure to relax your arms and shoulders along with your neck and upper back.
This could take some practice to get good at because most people’s bodies are so used to staying tense even when it’s not needed.
Rule of Thumb: Always stay calm and relax. Tense only what is needed. via @mikechangofficial
Keep in mind that this is relative, according to what appears to be easy, repetitive and adaptable, according to you.
I have been exercising for 30 years, therefore I can do a different workout every single day and for me, it will still feel very easy and repetitive because I have repeated all of these same workouts for many years.
For someone else who hasn’t been consistent that long, easy and repetitive, means doing the exact same work out every single day, and he asked if you’re easy to accomplish based on their fitness and energy level.
If you’re struggling to be consistent with daily exercise, then that means one if not all three of these things is not being applied. Start making changes to your exercise routine immediately and watch how much easier it becomes to be consistent. via @mikechangofficial
This will teach your body how to stay calm and relax, when difficult life situations arise. via @mikechangofficial
It seems like so long ago when I think about it, but I was that person that appear to be healthy on the outside, but was really struggling on the inside. I had pains in my body, masses, amount of anxiety and fear, and I liked peace in my mind.
The Flow60 training system was created as a way to solve this challenge, and create a holistic approach to creating balance, and also aspects of our self, are still creating, a strong and healthy, looking body, that most of us still desire. via @mikechangofficial
When I stop looking at exercise as just for my body, and realizing that, if I don’t exercise, I complain more and blame more in my mind. My perspective of situation’s is more fear base. I act more worried towards life situations in general. When I realize this was happening, my association towards daily exercise changed completely.
You may not cares about having the perfect body or feeling the strongest all the time.
But you may care about not wanting to be afraid anymore. You may care about not wanting to blame other people and taking more responsibility in life.
Your entire state of mind is completely 100% dependent on the energy in your body. And when you do a practice that increases the circulation of energy and removes trapped emotions, our state of mind completely changes and that might just be the motivation you need to be consistent.. via @mikechangofficial
Practice the twist exercise and keep your arms as loose as you can using the least amount of tension to create the most amount of tapping onto the body.
If you like to do the entire Flow60 practice with 60 moves in 60 minutes, go to my YouTube channel. If you like to learn the entire training philosophy, learn about my 60 day program. Link in bio. via @mikechangofficial
That’s what fear does to a person. it keeps them trapped by creating confusion. A person would not even recognize that they are acting through fear, or making their life choices based on avoiding what they are afraid of.
Only when we take our attention away from our mind, where the fear, thoughts and beliefs live, and bring our attention into our body where the emotion of fear is trapped, only then can we start to move this energy and process the years of trapped emotions and trauma that we have accumulated. As we process all of these things, our perspective begins to change. We become aware that we’ve been seeing parts of our life Through the lens of fear via @mikechangofficial
For those of you that have a limited range in your shoulders, make sure to listen to your body and don’t force yourself to create bigger circles, or go fast. You can always slow it down and do less repetition in the beginning. It’s always best to start off slow so you can be consistent instead of rushing and injuring yourself.. via @mikechangofficial
When a crystal bowl cannot vibrate, energy cannot pass thru it and therefore the sound goes away. Just like our body, when it is too tight and cannot stay loose enough to be able to vibrate, energy can not pass thru so we experience low energy levels.
When we have negative emotions,we don’t allow them to pass thru therefore they stay stuck in the body. via @mikechangofficial
Once you feel the sensation of these emotions inside, keep your attention fixated on this emotion and don’t get distracted with your thoughts. Stay with the feeling and continue to relax. This is not something that you would only need to do once or twice. The truth is you’re going to have to do this a lot especially for those who have stored a lot of emotions from the past.
Remember that every time you do this, you release a little more of what’s been holding you back from become the best version of yourself. via @mikechangofficial
No resistance: water does not resist, and can enter into any container or object. This analogy is understood as our ability to be in flow with all people and all events in our life. We may not like everything that is happening, but we are still able to , fully except what is and not resisted. Letting go of the resistance allows us to come to a place of peace with what is happening in the moment.
The path of least resistance: water always follows the path of least resistance. If there is a crack in a downward slope, water will make its way down, using the least amount of effort. Learning from this example, we too, can be guided in our life by looking at our goals, and identifying the path with the least amount of resistance.
Often times our need for perfection prevents us from following this principle. Instead of getting things done, and the most easiest, and after this way, we will often go to the hard route because we are attached to the outcome of results.
Ability to bend at any situation yet, strong enough to destroy all things
Water is weak and strong at the same time. Of ability to allow anything to crush it, while its strength lies, and its Bility to destroy anything with time all things break down when it sits in water. via @mikechangofficial
The way you do this is simply to inhale through your nose as deep as you can, and once you have reached the maximum amount of air that you can hold in your body, continuously, breathe in for 10 seconds. Work your way up to 60 seconds. Then slowly exhale through your nose and go back to normal breathing. Wait 15 to 30 seconds before doing another round. Do you 3 to 5 rounds.
Stay as calm and relax as possible. Keep your mind clear and mentally focused on the present moment. via @mikechangofficial
Remember that our body is made up of many many layers, and within each layer, we are able to access the energy within it. Yeah, the deeper the layer, the harder it is to access. The reason why we do five different methods is because of the multiple layers that we have to work through to access rooted emotions.
Everyone of these methods when done alone is effective. The variable here is time. The reason why all five methods are combined is because it speeds up process by accessing deeper layers faster. via @mikechangofficial
Feel free to try this out however, keep in mind that this practice was specifically designed for me and not for somebody else's body.
To create your own 60 second practice. Here is how you do it.
1. Identify 3 to 5 moves from the Flow60 practice that really helps you release tension in your body. You can also use any other moves as well.
2. Do the moves one after another in a sequence that flows easily, and naturally for you.
3. Make sure you are able to perform each of the exercises you selected without a warm up
4. Do your best to keep the entire exercise sequence under 60 seconds.
5. The way that you know your sequence is affective or that you have the right moves is that you should feel 50 to 70% better than before you started.
6. Repeat your 60 second sequence as many times as needed in order to get your desired feeling.
Try it out and let me know how it goes ! 😊 via @mikechangofficial
The most common hand position is creating a cup. Spend as long as you need and tap your entire body every single day the moment you wake up. This is one of the five training methods that I do every day and my Flow60 practice.
If you want to release, trapped emotions, and have the ability to go deeper into your body, please try out the full practice. It’s posted for free on my YouTube channel.. if you want more support, please go to my website to see if you’re a good fit for my 60 day program. via @mikechangofficial
And to all the women who carried those little ones inside of them all those months (or will in the future) who’s feeling tired, drained, and unmotivated, it’s time to stand and take action.
So many of us wished our parents would have treated us differently. With more love and attention.
The reality is they did the best that they could at that moment and we have to accept that and let go of any unsettled feelings towards them.
The truth is we don’t need to do a whole lot everyday to become the person we want to be.
Strong, energized, centered, balance, and connected on the inside.
Even 10 minutes a day can make a noticeable different in the way we look and feel.
The only thing that stops is not making a decision to do it.
Once we REALLY commit to ourselves and decide that we are gonna make a change no matter what CHANGE WILL HAPPEN via @mikechangofficial
