Personally I think the JBL Grip is pretty odd, it's not as versatile or as portable as the JBL Clip 5 and it doesn’t sound as good as the JBL Flip 7. And the JBL Grip also has a built in light feature which I feel is pointless cause you can’t see it from the front. But still, the JBL Grip is marketed as something to consider if you’re looking for something small and durable. But instead today we’re going to compare the JBL Grip to the Soundcore Boom Go 3i which I feel is a lot more versatile, and we’re also going to compare it to the JBL Flip 7 which is a step up over these other two speakers.
